I ordered a hot, black coffee, in the store. Twenty minutes later, I was still waiting because the staff was completely focused on pick up and drive-thru orders. Hard to believe it took so long to fill an order for literally the simplest thing on a Starbucks menu.

I placed an order within the app and the estimated pickup was 7 minutes later. Of course, things can take longer, but my order didn’t come out for 30 minutes. I saw mobile orders placed 15 minutes after mine come out before mine. I’ve never had this experience at another Starbucks. I only ordered two drinks (with no crazy instructions) and one egg bites. Nobody asked me what I was waiting for. I’ll stick with Norwood Starbucks from now on!

This Starbucks was excellent. Even with a long drive thru line, they had expedient service. Also, I would always order extra cold foam at Starbucks, and they barely did any more; this Starbucks gave plenty extra and it was greatly appreciated.

I ordered a grande matcha latte but only got like half a cup. I personally ordered jt extra hot because knew it was being delivered to me from jsut a few minutes away. When I got it, it was practically cold. On top of it being cold and barely even filled, it didn’t taste very good. Idk what I even paid for really.

Staff assured me there is no added sugar in the matcha latte. Yes, I should have done my own research. Thankfully I’m not diabetic. There is 28 grams of added sugar in their serving of matcha tea powder which is actually tazo ground tea leaves, not real ceremonial matcha. It’s a shame not to be able to trust what’s at the corner of every block. Stay healthy all!

The service is extremely extremely extremely SLOWWWW. I been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, about to be 30 minutes actually next time I’ll have to go in sadly. Because that is just a crazy amount of time to be wasting waiting and wasting expensive gas. I feel so much anxiety being trapped in this drive thru line.

Preordered my stuff via the app and they didn’t add extra caramel and order was received after in in store orders. Staff was unorganized. When asked about my order the associate just said it should be on the way and walked away. Slow and unprofessional is not the Starbucks way. Get it together.

This place used to be so good I honestly don’t understand what happened in the last couple months. I kick myself every single time I go to this location knowing that I’m going to have issues. Whether it be the wrong order or extreme attitude at the drive-through window. I went through this morning and asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso and was handed literally a cup of milk. I also asked for light ice (because usually there’s so much ice in there it’s hard to drink) but got two ice cubes instead, so I guess they’re taking people literally. When I asked the blonde girl at the window if this was the correct order because it was pretty light she responded with “it wouldn’t be brown if there wasn’t espresso in it.” And then slammed the window in my face. Glad I just paid $6 for a cup of oatmilk. Not to mention this place also can’t take any criticism, there’s been a couple times where I’ve called and the manager has the nastiest attitude. If you have the time, drive down to the one Patriots Place- MUCH better.
