I don’t like to complain or be that person.. but I used to come to this location all of the time. It used to be so good.. but the past couple times I’ve come here my drinks have been awful. I redeemed my birthday drink and ordered a pink drink and I got a cup of coconut milk with NO strawberry açaí or whatever is in it. I let it go because they were short staffed and really busy, and I work at a coffee shop so I understand. I went today and ordered a coffee and the first time it was made, all it was missing was about 2 pumps of flavor and I asked for it to be added, but the girl held up my cup and questioned me on my coffee, and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and insisted they made it right, but they would remake it again and but a lot more flavor in it (I only wanted 1-2 more pumps of flavor and I made sure that I told her that.) she Then complained to a coworker about it and proceeded to give me another coffee that was straight syrup. I had enough at this point that I just left. I probably won’t be coming back to this location even tho it’s convenient because I like 1 minute away. This locations gone downhill the past couple years. Hopefully they turn it around soon.

The first time I went there they have gotten my order perfectly. This time not so great. My pumpkin spice frappuccino was extremely sweet. And the person did not pay attention of how much he was getting and he gave me the wrong change in return.

This bucks,for drive through has a longer cueing line (sure it might go away if the McDonald’s ever reopens) I consider this a good thing. The staff is typical (friendly and efficient)and they recognize my families order which is always nice and make it a point to say hi. In my experience this location does sometimes run short on ingredients compared to other local Starbucks, not sure if it’s a volume of customers or it just has a lower stock. They keep their order ahead on more often than others, but I do notice it is off sometimes , although not as often as other nearby stores.

I really don’t understand what people love so much about this location. They mess up my order every time, constantly give regular instead of decaf, regular sugar instead of the requested alternative, regular milk instead of the overpriced alternative, and now they were so kind as to ruin my breakfast sandwich by folding the egg up on a 1/4 of the bread then melting the cheese who knows where… disappointing. I give them another try every six months or so but I think this needs to be the last one.

The other day I came to this location to try the new Sugar Cookie Latte, unfortunately they were all out of the syrup needed to make the drink, but the staff was so accommodating and kind! I was offered a different one of their holiday drink as an apology, after declining it the staff insisted that I try it–free of charge! It was delicious and it was so generous of them to do that for me. I usually only go to Starbucks as a treat or if I feel I ~must~ try one of their custom drinks. Everyone at this location seemed happy and like they were enjoying their time. Great atmosphere, great staff, and amazing drink! Thank you all!

We moved to Medway in June 2020, so for the first year we were in town this place was mostly closed for dine-in. We still had some great experiences with the drive-through, including one time when they gave us a $4 gift card when we complained that a drink was lukewarm (they also replaced the drink!) Now that they’re open for dine-in, it’s a great place to come and hang out. I tend to come in the evenings to catch up on e-mails, etc. and it’s usually pretty quiet- but the staff are always friendly and upbeat. Highly recommended!

I try not to go here whenever possible, a staff member was very rude to me for wearing a blue line shirt. And one staff member (who’s name I do not know) asked a state trooper if they wanted more spit in their coffee.

Made the mistake of ordering inside…. 6 people working,, all working drive thru. At least 15 people inside waiting on drinks. Horrible horrible service especially for time of day.
