Very rude, no organization skills what so ever. People wait for 20+ minutes for orders. Make sure to also never get delivery from here, the doordash driver says they ignore them. It’s believable when it takes me 25 minutes to get a drink delivered to Cabot up the street. Really wish they wouldn’t just be rude.

Crazy parking situation, drive thru is an endless line of cars. Easy parking out back, with as great view of the river and benches to sit on. The location makes it worth three wait to get in the lot.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks location but over the past year or so it’s gotten progressively slower and now I only come here as a last resort. I understand that their drivethru is always super busy but the wait for mobile orders is horrendous and sometimes I wonder if they ignore them until someone complains because they’re so overwhelmed on drivethru.

The baristas here are absolute rockstars. Today 11/10/22 was insanely busy around 7:30am for them. They kept really positive and despite the delay in getting my order, the food and drink came out beautifully. I hope one of them reads this. The delay was totally not their fault and they did a great job with what they had.
