The people are always nice, especially at the drive-thru. The issue I have with this location is that sometimes they will be closed for reasons that aren’t always clear. My assumption is that they are short-staffed. It is especially annoying when the app allows you to order ahead despite the closure. This only happened once, so perhaps they fixed that bug in the app. Eventually, the order was canceled, and a refund was issued later that day without me having to contact them.

Everyone here is super friendly, but I must give a shout out to Anderson and the Asian woman (I wish I knew her name) who truly make my day whenever I go. I know how tough the service industry can be and they truly are so friendly and are always in the best of spirits.

Dont get me wrong the staff is very nice and quick but.. almost everytime i go here i end up walking out with 2 coffees because the first one is usually wrong lol its funny now and i still love how my coffee i ordered is always on spot the 2nd time they make it but they are very apologetic and very kind! You don’t find that very often these days!

The drive thru line moves SO SLOW. I’m a Barista and even I was running out of patience. They really need to reteach their staff how to sequence. I waited in the in the window for 10 mins for TWO iced drinks. Insane.
