Clearly severe management issues here. Management needs to be cleared out. Worst performing Starbucks I have ever been to. Drive through waits are beyond ridiculous. I’ve sat there for 20 min with like three cars in line before. Never know when they are open now. Closes at random times and haven’t updated hours online. Mobile order randomly will be shut down or be out of stock on common items I’ve had no problem ordering at the counter right after trying to mobile order. Staff is rude, moves with zero urgency. What’s the deal?

Saw someone complaining that they paid $12.50 for two caramel ribbon crunches that contained whip at the bottom. Please understand what you’re ordering before you trash a business. The standard build of a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino is whipped cream at the bottom, a layer of dark caramel sauce, caramel frappuccino, more whipped cream on top, caramel drizzle and caramel crunch topping. Please ask questions about products you are unsure about. It’s not fair to trash and entire business just because you’re unaware of how a drink is properly built. If you Google an image of said frappuccino or look on the app, there’s a double layer of whip.

Just paid $12.50 for two grande Carmel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and the both were made with whip cream on the bottom. Most likely, this was done to cut costs. Never going to this Starbucks again

I live down the street from here and it seems like the drivethru is always packed. I realized the only reason why is because this has to be the slowest drivethru Starbucks EVER. Even when there are only 2 cars in front of you, it still takes 15 min to get to the window. Then you sit and wait there also. I feel like they spend wayyy too much time on the pick up orders and not enough time on the customers that are actually there waiting. There needs to be certain people set for certain things instead of everyone running around. I most of the time do like the outcome of the drinks, but the price is insane to me.

I cannot stand this Starbucks. I get a cold brew with almond milk which should be really easy to get right but somehow it gets spiked with sweetener 4 out of 5 times I go here. I’m inclined to think they do it on purpose because the drive thru barista at the window made a point of saying “here’s your cold brew with *just* almond milk.” And I made the rookie mistake of driving away before tasting. I’ve had a slew of other unprofessional experiences here, like the morning the workers decided not to take any food orders because they were anticipating a “hard” work day, but I keep coming back because it’s the closest one we’ve got. This place needs a serious restaffing.
