Waited over 30 minutes minutes in store for an ice coffee. They processed all drive through and mobile orders before waiting customers. Full staff 6 employees and it took me 30 minutes. I understand it’s a busy spot and morning rush but manage competing priorities. Corp needs to look at their staffing model or operations. Unacceptable

The slowest Starbucks in the nation. Mobile orders completed 20 minutes after estimated time. They appear especially understaffed. Only 2 people preparing drinks and food total while one person stands there. They will stop making drinks and chit chat. Sitting in line at the drive thru seems like an eternity. The screen tracking vehicles show about 15 minutes waiting at the window before drinks come out. Staff is nice however. They need help

I have had issues with this store on countless occasions. My order has been messed up more than not, or they are constantly out of items. Employees have been rude. I don’t go super often, so the experiences tend to stick out, but this is the only Starbucks reasonably close.
