Best starbucks in western mass in my opinion. I’m never disappointed and the staff are wonderful. If you want a coffee, latte or breakfast sandwich the way you like it, doesn’t taste freezer burned and consistent each time than this is your place.

The employees seemed very spaced out. It was awkward. After I placed my order, I went to use the restroom, and when I walked there, I ran into a highchair that was right in the way. I don’t know it was a weird experience. It is difficult to find if you’re not from around that area, and I’m not from anywhere near this area.

Ayo, I just went to Starbucks for the first time every today (8/2/22) and lemme just say….. F DUNKIN!!!!! All of their coffee tastes the same, and it’s always made wrong, but today, my experience at this Starbucks is was out of this world. The coffee is real, and the employees are super helpful! Westfield Starbucks is super fast..you need alot of patience for the other stores. When I’m out of town, other places don’t know how to change their gear when it gets busy. I know some people’s coffees are crazy modified, but you guys still got the drive through speed. Good job.

Asked an older female worker if she could split the order between cash and debit. Watched her put my cash in the tip jar then charge me the whole order on debit. I’ll be going to the Starbucks down the road instead, since I can’t trust this one with my money.

Some of them I’ve gotten to have chats with while at the drive through window & they’re just super kind & always want to ensure I’m happy with my order especially if I’m trying something new.
