Sign in window last night…..After 30years my favorite Indian restaurant has closed. Was a great family run spot but with the father having another stroke I believe led to the close. They survived the pandemic but this was just too much. I wish them all the very best.

I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo “Indian Spicy” and I’ve got to say it was amazing. The flavor was out of this world. The heat was on point! It was by far the best Indian meal I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for authentic Indian food in West Chester this is the spot. I’ve eaten here a few times now and I have yet to be disappointed. Five stars to the chef and the staff for continuously delicious food and friendly atmosphere!

We are trying to find our “go tos” after moving from NYC and was so excited to try this restaurant since the reviews are so outstanding! Unfortunately this was no doubt the worst Indian I have ever had. There was a spiciness (asked for medium), but there were no other flavors that Indian food is known for. I tried the butter chicken, chicken korma and lamb biryani. Neither of the chicken dishes tasted anything like they were supposed to and proteins in all the dishes were dry. The textures were also off and the naan smelt like pizza dough and tasted floury. It was not actual naan. Even the accompaniments were not good. The raita was a thick yogurt without any cucumber or flavor. There honestly wasn’t anything we tried that I felt was passable. I would recommend Rasa Indian instead, but only tried 3 places in the area so far.

Amazing place. Mom and Pop shop and you can taste it! The waitress is extremely friendly, and you can taste the authenticity and effort put into the dishes. Anyone one looking for an extremely flavorful dinner with service that makes you feel like a regular, you have to come here!

THE FOOD IS AWESOME. You can definitely tell it’s authentic, made from scratch. Customer Service is also top notch. Highly recommend. Wish I would have taken pics of the food, but we devoured it too quickly. I’ll take some next time. We’ll definitely be back soon.

There are a LOT of reasons why it’s the only empty place at 7pm while every other restaurant are packed. It was litteraly empty.

If you want to experience authentic Indian food in a small family owned and operated setting, this is the place for you. The lamb tikka masala and chicken vindaloo pack a flavor punch, and the fresh made mango lassi was absolutely perfect. To top it off, the staff was warm, accommodating and informative on spice levels. Great experience at a hidden gem.

Favorites Makhani Dal & Chicken Tikki Masala. I absolutely LOVE the food here, it is the Best Indian Food I’ve ever had. Like any restaurant, once in awhile they must have a different chef who’s cooking is only so, so….. but the usual food is OUTSTANDING. I think it is empty a lot because so many have not had Indian food before & are reluctant to try it.
