I read reviews of this place before visiting and another place, but my kids chose this place based upon the names of menu items and the name of the restaurant. I don’t quite know how it got so many overall stars. Here are photos from our visit. My kids ended up feeling sick all afternoon, even though they hardly ate, mostly due to the hair in their food. Oddly, another couple complained about a staff members hair being down and mentioning they didn’t want her hair to wind up in their food before they walked out of the place. Hardly anyone was in the establishment but service was slow and the place was a disaster. Will never try this again.

Food was great and we enjoyed the meal. Teenagers for waitstaff were attentive and got us refills took plates as needed. I totally get being a kid and goofing around, some of the conversations that were overheard because they didn’t bother to even attempt to whisper were very inappropriate for guests to hear. Otherwise it was a great visit for us. Kids take it in the back or go outside. Good food deserves good ambiance as well.

Saw the menu thought it might be good. Stopped by with 6 of us. 5 adults and a 2 year old. They weren’t serving the menu but a buffet instead because they can’t handle the menu if it’s too busy we were told. The food was all frozen or canned food. Not good at all. By far the saddest buffet I have ever seen.
They charge 10.99 for this… we complained they so kind to only charge us 6.59. Manager didn’t even have the guts to come speak to us themselves but sent waitress. Avoid this place at cost.

Don’t Go!!! The place is so dirty when we walked in from the breakfast rush, even though there was only one table of people when we got there every table was dirty. The floor had a spilled drink or something on it that was never cleaned the whole time we were there. We should of left then but thought maybe it was that good. We ordered fried food and sent it back because you could taste old Burnt oil. It obviously hasn’t been changed in a long time. Not worth time or money.

She scooped the ice for the cups by holding the cup and scooping… so against health code, I didn’t see her using an ice scoop.
There was no Christmas music playing, and it really lacked an ambiance at all. There were only 4 other tables seated for 12pm on a Friday.
Ultimately, I would have rather ate lunch at my campsite, you won’t be missing out on anything.

My family and I were here tonight for dinner and it was absolutely terrible. The buffet is extremely tiny and with no variety what so ever, and the food was just awful. Not sure if we could have ordered other food but we weren’t given the option. The service was horrible, my father didn’t get his drink whenever everyone else did and we waited for it to come but it never did until we had to flag someone down to get it for him. It wasn’t very clean at all, and we over all just didn’t have a great experience here.

Not worth the time…
I found my first and only visit disappointing. This place is a yesteryear restaurant. It’s decor and facilities not updated since built in the 70s. We went for breakfast but the buffet was mediocre. Scrambled eggs were of powdered variety. French “sticks” were hard and seemed cooked the day before. Coffee tasted burnt from too much time in the same pot and warmer. The utensils were not wrapped consistently. I say this because my, wife, daughter and I received only one spoon in the place setting (fork, knife, spoon wrapped in paper napkin). We lifted five other wrapped utensils on other tables and only found 1 more spoon. The area we were seated was in the lower section down stairs with 20 other tables, all busy with other campers. The room was very stuffy, muggy and warm, probably 80°, uncomfortable. Checkout line was crammed right up against buffet and was very inefficient. The table the warmers sat on next to check out was covered in spilled food that was being warmed there from the day before…it looked like chili. Upon checkout, we were startled by the fire alarm going off. A manager came running downstairs saying it was something in the microwave…really. Safe your dollars and take the time to prep your on food back at the campground.

Went there for a good breakfast after a long day at Holiday World the day before just to find out that breakfast is only served to hotel guests. Luckily we were able to find a Denny’s close by. That is probably information that should be posted on your website.

We went around 2 and had the buffet. It was not good. We have a very picky son and when we told the waiter that there was nothing on the buffet he would eat they offered him chicken tenders (those were the best thing there). Not sure if there were other items we could of ordered that were not on the buffet (nothing else was offered). The food
was just not good. We were the only ones there and some other people came while we we’re eating but they didn’t stay. The staff was friendly but that was about the only positive thing.
