I went in, with my 12 ibs service animal. He literally doesn’t bark, and had several other customers come pet him. He sits on my lap or in a bag. However one of the managers/ or owners came by after I’d been there about an hour. And told me he wasn’t allowed. We talked, as I wasn’t wanting a confrontation. I explained that my animal is fully certified and by law, he is 100% by my side, for medical reasons. Even pulling out his full license to show, and the guy wouldn’t even look at it.
I asked for his name, along with the bartenders names and was going to take actions on this illegal action.
He conceded and explained where he was coming from, however, it does Not excuse the treatment I received.
I still payed full price for my drinks and had no discount or anything because of the treatment. I will not give any additional stars.
