Incredible food and service. We sampled soup, pho, vermicelli dishes, and bahn mi. Everything is fantastic! It is a family run restaurant and were so warm. They were busy the whole time and service was great. A must go!

Everywhere I travel, I seek out authentic Vietnamese food, and this spot is now my #1. J was an incredible server—genuinely joyful and attentive. From the fair prices to the outstanding food and service, everything was top quality.

Very authentic tasting food. The thit nuong or grilled pork was delicious. Pho was flavorful and good portions for the pricing and location. Service was quick and friendly. My partner and I are both Vietnamese American and we’re very happy to find a place close to home uptown that was authentic

The Pho was really good! I ordered the Pho Tran Combination (Pho Dac Biet) for $16.99. Food portions were enough to fit the price range. The broth also tasted really fresh and hot. The inside was really nice and clean. Great location on Magazine Street. Service was really friendly as well. I would come back if I’m in the uptown area and craving Pho at the same time.

The most authentic, freshly prepared Viet food i have had in New Orleans and honestly, the state of Louisiana.
This was my 2nd or 3rd time visiting and each time, my experience improves.
My daughters got various pho and I ordered the fried tofu spring rolls.
The pho broth is supreme. Honestly, doesn’t need any added sauce.
My fried tofu spring rolls were perfect
I enjoyed the crunch of the veggies along with the fried tofu in the rice paper. Oh, and might I add – the peanut sauce is definitely home made.
Service is welcoming and genuine. I cant wait to see my server again..he made sure I/we were taken care of.
You top it off – my lychee tea was great and my daughters enjoyed their Thai tea and passionfruit teas as well.

See you soon

What this place lacks in atmosphere, it totally makes up for in the food. The wife got the rare steak and meatball phò, while I got the grilled pork vermicelli bowl. We split an order of the grilled pork spring rolls to start. Those were delicious, but proved to be excessive as the entrees were so generously sized. The phò meatballs were packed with flavor (and lots of black pepper). The grilled pork was cooked to perfection. We’ve heard the bahn mis are phenomenal. We’ll try that next time!

The service was fine and what you’d expect in a place like this. The atmosphere was lacking, for sure, but it was clean, bright, and busy (which is an excellent sign IMO). No booze here, in case you were wondering.

Can’t believe this was our first time here. We’ll definitely be back, and will likely make this a go to take out spot.

Absolutely incredible. The staff is so sweet. Pho is generous with everything you could want. Prompt service and great menu. As someone who’s favorite food is pho, this is top 3 for me at a price you can’t beat in the city. They’ve made a lifelong customer here.

Very nice restaurant, the Pho was good but not excellent. The soup was just ok, but the meat/ round was good. I have tasted better Pho than this restaurant. The size of the bowl was ok, not as large as other pho restaurants. The price of the soup was on the higher side because of the location. Overall experience was good. Thank you for the super attentive waiter. She noticed I needed a fork and immediately brought it to me.

I came here last night with my two year old early in the evening. We were able to get seated immediately and the restaurant was welcoming. I had the pork spring rolls and the pho with steak and brisket at our server’s suggestion. Both absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone and particularly to families.

We came for the Bao Buns & they did not disappoint, we got the shrimp, lemongrass chicken and requested beef which was off the menu but they accommodated, our favorite was the lemongrass chicken ones! We also tried the wings (spicy version) they were delicious and the perfect crispy texture, 10/10 highly recommend and shojtout to our server Henry for choosing the perfect juices to complement our meal we loved the kiwi!
