Every time we come to this location it’s a pleasant experience! However, this last trip there was beyond fantastic thanks to Emma the team manager! She was so incredibly kind and her amazing customer service was shinning bright! She definitely should be recognized for all that she brings to that location. I will confine to go here because of her!

I wasn’t greeted when I walked to the counter. The restaurant was dirty inside. Floors needed to be swept and moped. Was not asked what side item I wanted with my meal. When I pointed this out to the cashier she told me to just tell the person preparing the food. I had soup and salad, she gave me two knives and a spoon. This was a to go order. Didn’t realize I didn’t have a fork until I was already on the road. I love Panera but this location SUCKS.

I always order the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich (add spinach, avocado & garlic aioli) and they make it absolutely perfect every single time! Worth every penny and brightens my day to eat some great food, clearly made with love. Shoutout to whoever is making the sandwiches at this Panera telegraph rd location! I actually love you!

Completely got order wrong. Order 2 sandwiches and 2 soups only thing right was the soups. Didn’t have any croutons for French onion. No bread in the bad like the used to give maybe don’t give that anymore idk..one of my sandwiches was only a half of what it was and the other was supposed to be a turkey avocado blt some how got chicken salad with tomato and lettuce….and they think 1 free meal voucher is good enough..which probably won’t even get.

Expensive sandwiches on hard bread. If that’s your thing, go for it. Two sandwiches, two bags of chips, $25. We used gift cards, so my out of pocket was low, but WOW.

Walked in, and a lady at the front register named “Elise” looked as if she was confused, looked me up and down and said, “do you need something?” in a very dry/rude tone. I looked her up and down and also responded in a rude voice, “uhh yeeah I came to order what do you think?” Her response, “do you have a rewards?” My response, “wait for my wife” (because she was walking in with our other child). I’m not saying this location is prejudice by any means, but when I walked in, she wasn’t the only one looking at me like they seen a ghost. Two different customers that were sitting down were too. They did a double take and stopped chewing their food, staring at me. That’s okay, maybe they’re just not use to seeing African American men with long dread locks and I’m 100% okay with that… i get that when I go to certain places here in St. Louis, but why have a person like that working at the front counter? She could of at least welcomed me. All the other employees I encounter seemed pretty nice. Food was great!

This is my “wrap” that u got for breakfast. I was so excited to try their breakfast, but it’s just poorly wrapped with a burnt tortilla with all the filling spilling out. I also ordered two bagels for two different people and they were all jumbled together and mixed up in a bag. Awful.
