I’m only leaving 5 stars because the customer service was genuinely great and this is one of my favorite locations. The two employees who helped me were amazing. That said, it really bothers me that Panera is making employees come in and drive during hazardous weather conditions. I appreciate the staff so much, but I hate that they’re being put at risk just so the store can stay open.

Webster Groves was the location . Stopped by after the grandson’s soccer game. All was good. Took some photos of the place, but when I got my sandwich couldn’t wait to chow down and forget to take photos. I had the pepperoni & mozzarella on a baguette. Delicious!
As for the sweets I bought a heart shaped cookie & chocolate chip for the grandkids, yum. For me a cinnamon roll . And chocolate chip croissant..

This morning, I left bread co wanting to cry after a very negative interaction with a lady getting my 3 bagels and coffee for me. I have worked as a bartender, so I understand the service industry and how frustrating the general public can be. With that being said, I was tired and made some clarifications about what I had ordered as she was slicing my bagels. I apologized for offending her for my clarification of my order. She then said snapped at me and was quite aggressive. I felt very sad about how mean she was to me.

Parking is almost impossible at this location. There looks to be plenty of parking at the adjacent grocery store, but their lot is bristling with signs saying that you’ll get towed if you parking there. My other beef about this location is that it’s dinky inside. It’s maybe half the size of other locations. Because of the VERY limited parking and that finding a seat inside is really hit or miss, I’d highly recommend not trying to schedule a meeting at this location.

Manager Grace was kind of rude. Staff was unprofessional and doing a whole bunch of nothing, order took a really long time to come out. Worker kept smelling the milk and asking if it was rancid? This location has gone downhill bad.

I love the fresh and Affordable options Panera has to offer. There is a location closer to home, but I always choose the webster groves location near my office. I come here 6 days a week for breakfast and lunch. My order is always perfect! A big thank you to the manager Antonio who showed me how to finally use my rewards today.
