I do not usually give bad reviews, however this is truly brought upon this store. We spent over $85.00 here, and they cant even give a full bowl of lettuce in the Greek salad, much less even cut the tomatoes up like the other stores do? The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl hardly had any broccoli, and they forgot a baguette to go with the Chicken Cesar salad.

I don’t often give bad reviews but this location has worked hard to earn this. I’ll start off with the difficulty we have getting our correct order. They often forget parts of our order, don’t have the items and fail to tell us, or sub the items and fail to tell us. The staff often tells us we can/can’t do special orders- it’s never consistent. The waits are long. The trash is often over flowing and the tables not cleaned.

I’m not sure why this place is called St. Louis Bread Co but it is identical to Panera Bread found everywhere else. Same old tired food choices, same flavored coffee and the same service by people who clearly do not want to work there (except the lady at the cash register). It is a smaller cafe and feels overcrowded at lunch time. If I had known this was a Panera, I probably would have driven on and not stop.

Great food, excellent service, friendly staff. Not enough stars to give this place!

The cashier was extremely pleasant and helpful and even went to the trouble of remembering my name as I left! The staff preparing food were less competent. A salad sat on the counter for several minutes. I wondered if it might be my mom’s, but her buzzer was silent. After a while I got up to ask, and it was hers. She had asked for dressing on the side and there was none. She moved the lettuce around to see if dressing had been added to the salad, and the lettuce was dry. I asked for her dressing on the side and the staff person insisted that she had put dressing on it. When my salad was ready, it was half the size of my mom’s salad. I asked if mine was also a full size salad, and the same staff person insisted that it was. I paid for a full salad and got half of a salad. The conversations of staff preparing food could be heard throughout the restaurant, even words like “bitch.” A container was dropped on the floor while we were there too as 4 people clustered around the counter asking about mistakes on their orders. I do not plan to eat at this Panera again. The lovely cashier was their only saving grace.

My review is for the Eureka location. I had the most disappointing cheese broccoli soup yesterday. The soup was a cheese flavor broth with a few pieces of broccoli. In no way was it the quality a customer is expecting nor deserves. I can’t imagine an employee feeling ok about serving this. Shame on the person making this decision. It appeared as though they were running out of soup so water was added. This isn’t the first mistake made on our orders, but we let it slid in the past. Will not be using you again.

Pepperoni and Mozzarella sandwich had little Pepperoni and cheese in it. The service at the counter was very poor and slow. My wife’s onion soup was barely hot, with little cheese. This is the poorest store I have ever been to.

I love getting drinks from here. The one time I get food I have rotten lettuce in my salad and a “use first” sticker in my soup.
