I was a first time customer yesterday. Cheesesteak is very tasty! Not dry at all, and bread was very fresh and soft. I’m not usually a fan of mushrooms, but they were really good. It also had onions, green peppers, and fine cut lettuce. The lettuce at the bottom had oil and vinegar, which was a really nice touch. I asked for wheat. got white (not a big deal, it was probably better anyways). If you tell them you are dining in, they put your sandwich on a paper plate instead of wrapping it. If you are planning on taking half of a whole/large sub with you, tell them you want it to go. I will be back again! Be sure to ask for a punch card if you plan on returning. 10 punches= a free sub.

I would never eat here again. They barely speak to you when you come in. They got my order wrong and an attitude about it. The sandwich was so thin compared to other locations. I normally can make two meals out of a whole sandwich. This one was terrible! It didn’t taste like what I’m used to. Here is what my sandwich looked like when I got it. The meat is so thin. It was like paper!

I will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend you use their online ordering system. Twice now my order was incorrect. Arguing with me and resisting to resolve the issue. Saying I had to contact their service provider. Even when I asked to purchase additional sandwiches they continue to repeat that they were not responsible. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have gone a long way.
