Went in for a Mobil pick up which was ready and then asked for a cup of water and I waited 5+ minutes for a cup of water so I ended up leaving no sense of urgency they weren’t even busy. The service is walrus bad when I go here. Never again the drive though is so much better in terms of quality and service

This Starbucks has happier friendlier service than most you will go to. They will accurately get your your hot coffee or Latte fast and accurate. Good location in Orange County, California.
Also very clean which I appreciate. Not too busy usually so you can relax inside in a cozy environment.

Honestly this place has gone down hill further and further. It started when you got rid of Kim and Julie, then you had the pink hair troll monster. Now the orders are wrong 1/2 the time, take for ever most of the time and are so incredibly overpriced all the time. 15+ year veteran of this store and I’m done.

Everyone I know liked Starbucks coffee. I also like the pastries that they make. I like to stop here and get something when I am going to visit someone. It always makes people happy when you show up with a little gift from Starbucks. This store is close to my home so it is easy to stop here often. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Starbucks

Honestly the best location! Aimee helped us. Friendly staff. Well operated, friendliness trickles on down to everyone. This is the way to do business! My kids and I love to come pop in on a Saturday and hang.
