Some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. I enjoyed talking to the co-owner Eddie and hearing his business’ story. The bartender Bret was absolutely sweet and made me and my sister feel welcomed. It’s been a long time since I’ve had some great Chinese food. The sesame chicken and the Ho Fun was so good. Definitely keeping this on my list of places to come back to when I’m in Durham again. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Four coworkers and I went by after a conference for dinner in a Tuesday evening. The restaurant is stylish, our host and waiter Eddie was engaging and amusing.
We had drinks, appetizers and entres. The spring rolls and lettuce wraps were quite tasty and well prepared. I had the Tom Yum soup with chicken instead of tofu. It was spicy and flavorful. It reminded me of being back in Thailand. The Singapore noodles were perfectly cooked. The pork and shrimp in the noodles were quite flavorful.
Everything is made fresh, but service was still quick enough.

Looking for a place on my list for dinner before our DPAC show, I saw Spring Rolls. I didn’t see a way to make reservations and hoped it wouldn’t be too busy early on a Saturday. Also, knew the parking should be easy. We walked in and got a table immediately. It was our first visit and they took their time telling us all about the restaurant, the food and being a family venture. The drink specials are every day and they have great specials. The food was devine. The sister is the head chef and her dishes were superb. We started with Wonton and Hot and Sour soup. Both were delicious. We had the Pad Thai and Kung Pao Prawns with brown rice for dinner. Nice size portions with good flavor. Great local run restaurant… go by and see them.

Outstanding service, I really appreciate that the lengths they went to to ensure my husband’s food was allergen free. Very generous portions, everything was fresh and not frozen. Mom and pop Chinese restaurant with very kind and generous owners and staff. When I asked about soup and spicy food (it was a cold night), they offered us some off-menu authentic treats like their delicious housemade chili oil! Perfectly spicy and smooth with hints of cinnamon. We had some great egg drop soup made with sweet corn as well as some of the best chicken broccoli I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. And there’s a a full bar! What a place. Look forward to returning.

Sadly very disappointed! The pho was alright but the biggest thing was I ordered crab wontons and they were EMPTY. like just fried wonton wrappers. All the filling must’ve emptied during frying because there was nothing left. 5/6 of them were empty so I’m really unhappy I paid $8 for that.
Overall not satisfied 🙁 love/prefer supporting small businesses but this isn’t acceptable

I had the pleasure of dining at Spring Rolls in Durham, and I can’t recommend this place enough! The food is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The menu has a great variety, and everything I’ve tried has been fantastic.

Ok omg Amazing first off.. Went in placed my order… picked it up realized that a mistake was made went back in fixed instantly no problems Customer service = Great… The food, I ordered the Chef platter, House Lo Mein, and my friend got the Pork fried Rice… OMFG They have the most amazing delicious freshly made crab Rangoons i could eat a dozen or 2 easily, the Lo mein was delicious as well tender beef, good shrimp, tasty pork and chk seasoned just right and my friend said that the Pork fried Rice was excellent I tried some it was good (the spring rolls potstickers and egg rolls were all on point too) BEST CRAB RANGOONS I’VE EVER HAD!!!

Do not walk, run to Spring Roll! The friendly atmosphere and amazing food is the best in Durham. Everything is made fresh to order and they have daily drink specials. The bar and kitchen staff are the most hospitable and friendly in the area. Eddie and Brett go above and beyond to make sure your experience is enjoyable. Spring Roll is the perfect spot to enjoy delicious food with friends, family, or on a date night.
