I go to this location frequently as I live nearby. I have had multiple instances with issues. This location seems particularly disorganized and slow. I understand things can get busy in the morning but on multiple occasions I have been waiting 10+ minutes for a basic iced coffee. I have been in danger of being late for work because of the slowness on two occasions and had to walk out even though I paid and never received my order. Again I understand things happen and there are busy times but this is a consistent theme of this particular location. I would rather leave for work early and drive out of my way to a different location than deal with this one.

Sometimes they are really busy, and I understand that.. but even when they are not busy they still always seem to get my order wrong.. I actually stopped going to sunks for a lot time because I was so sick of my order always being g wrong or the coffee being gross.. I went today just because it was convenient and I was starving.. got my order wrong. Then you try and get a refund and the app is like, “here, let me give you some points..” No, I don’t want points. I want my correct order or I want my money back. Pretty simple.

They didn’t have anything I wanted, and the raisan bagel I ate tasted like a store bought, frozen bagel, not a typical bagel I usually eat. The workers were great, and very apologetic, but lack of inventory was crazy!

I have been here twice and haven’t been welcomed in when you walk in to Dunkin. You should be welcome to buy at least one of Dunkin’, which would mean that at least one employee is at the register ready for the next customer to walk in however Each time I came in the drink that I order I’ve been spot on so they do have good skills on working just need a little guidance on welcoming customers to the atmosphere such as put in a bell on the door to hear the customers walk in something that will help the employees here that there is a customer walking in would be great overall great location great employees very fast service and my drinks are great

The only reason I’m giving this place a one star is because whenever I need change for a $100 bill they apparently never have it saying they only have fives and tens. But if you had tens and you had enough tens you would have change for my $100 bill. I even asked even if I bought $100 worth of stuff. Would you accept the $100 they said no like that doesn’t make any sense

Idk what happened here! It used to be my favorite Dunks and they were always so on top of it. The last several months have been the opposite, and though they always seem well staffed, things just seem perpetually disorganized. It ends up just being less convenient and costing more time than just driving to the one ten minutes further, unfortunately.
Edit to say that I just saw another review mention a new (and ableist) manager. That makes more sense now. Bummer.

I’ve been coming to this location for 5+ yrs. I’ve seen a number of managers come and go. The new manger now has been there for 2 weeks and he’s the best yet. 90% of the employees are great at there job. But you know what they say. “You’re only as good as your worst employee”
