Everything was so good!!, went there 2 days in a row. Had a bacon cheese burger with the homemade chips. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had and those chips where so good, they like melt in you mouth…. so good! Next day went for breakfast, had the eggs, toast and bacon. Everything was cooked perfect! Great staff!

I’ve read a ton of reviews about this restaurant
on the waiting time, however we were seated immediately- and the wait begun!!! Our waitress was “in the bathroom”.
We flagged down the manager to order some drinks. Got them eventually. TONS of complimentary condiments on the table!!!There were no critters on the floor. Boudin balls were great!

Customer service sucks! Our food sat on the ready area for 10 minutes. Requested refills. Request ignored. Food was good. But hearing wait staff argue about who was gonna wait on our table. Ridiculous!!

4/21/2023: Best darn BLT and terrific service! The only unfortunate is they are located inside the Bally’s Casino Hotel, which I gave 1 star. I don’t want discredit this nugget though. We ate dinner and breakfast the next morning here. They have a little TV set to a nature channel show at each table. I thought that was cute. Everything was so good! I’m impressed and thankful one good thing to come out of our stay. Well done, guys!

Really bummed about my order. Got a rodeo burger and a side of french fries to go. The rodeo Burger had no bacon on it like it was supposed to, and the tiniest tiniest amount of barbecue sauce on the bun it was completely dry. So basically all I got was a cheeseburger with an onion ring on it. Who wants that?
The battered french fries used to be my favorite thing here, as well as the delicious ranch. For some absolutely stupid reason they changed the fries to just regular fries which are horrible, and even worse, they stopped making the ranch they used to have and are now using some store bought crap like hidden valley or something. Inedible. I took a few bites and threw them away. I feel ripped off. I won’t ever eat here again. Spent $30 for what was basically a dry cheeseburger with an onion ring on it. Smh.

Attractive bakery window display. Kashyma worked in the bakery has a positive attitude and very professional. Good food. Low points because Ketchup bottle is not cleaned and server wasn’t around often.

When entering the desserts case had nats on the cakes, after seating the tea was like sugar water and when ask to replace it after 15 minutes and having to ask, we got the same tea, Our appetiter was Boudan balls and we ordered 2 seafood platters, my frys were good my wife was cold and hard, the fish had hard lump in the crust, which means, They didn’t strain the meal. The boudan balls came out after the meal, after we told our waitress as beginning of the meal we didn’t get them. When leaving no one could find our ticket, the cashier call the manager and he couldn’t find the waitress, and he started helping someone else as we still waited. After 15 minutes or so the cashier found the ticket and called the manager and he that’s good. He did not say anything to us. I told the cashier she had nats in Desert case, she said the case don’t close all the way and I should call HR. Don’t be fool by the picture. The staff and manager just didn’t care. This was on 11/18/23 about 6:00 PM.

We came here to eat due to everything being closed at 10. Food was aight but what was the worst thing in my opinion is first seeing one of the servers demean another server; whilst he was serving most of the tables. Complaining of dirty tables, having him clean while she sat back talking about him in front of others. To make matters worst there is no front of the house manager helping him, or telling her to be professional in the front. I understand it’s late, yet coworkers need to be respectful of one another; in addition to managers resolving problems in the restaurant and helping the staff as much as possible.
