Nothing good here at all! Needs to be shut down. The teen calling himself a manager no way! He definitely should not be a manager. The store is dirty bathrooms gross garbage everywhere floors tables and no one changes the bags. The whole staff is rude and the manager is so mean to the customers. Why is a child running a store with zero experience!!! I will be calling corporate and health board. And the chicken was a mix bag some cooked and some burnt. So bad so gross.

Avoid this location at all costs if you can. Order a kids meal, which includes three sides. It was a kids meal quesadilla. I wanted Carnitas with guac and white rice. They told me I have to pay extra for guac, even though this comes with three sides because they told me that “guacamole is a protein and I can’t have two proteins”. Someone here needs to get their nutritional education straight. Guac is NOT a protein.
I then asked why I’m able to order black beans with guacamole and rice with no extra charge on a kids meal and they tell me that black beans have less protein than guac so it’s not counted as a protein. Come on. Again GUAC IS NOT PROTEIN. Not to mention when you go on the app, you can add the guac free of charge on a kids meal with no issue. On top of this, they forgot one of the drinks with the kids meal that was ordered, and the quesadilla was completely uncooked just straight cold cheese thrown in between a tortilla.
Employees are so extremely rude and think they know everything. Someone needs to check their nutritional knowledge in here thinking guac is a protein.

Need to improve system of pickup for deliveries. Understandable if order is still being prepared. Not acceptable if order was ready but no one acknowledging drivers waiting. We are the extension of the invisible customers purchased order. Employees making, sealing and placing orders on employee only access shelves without looking at the group of delivery drivers is poor efficiency.

Every time I have come here the employees have had a horrible attitude. I used the chipotlane three times and every time the workers have been extremely rude and today they were especially hostile and shoved the bag out the window without even looking at me. And it was not a peak hour . And i’m clearly not the only one who agrees this location is a mess. I’ve worked food service and retail jersey mike’s playa bowls homegoods, I get it, it can be grating. But if you can’t even attempt to show kindness or a smile to the customers showing that to you. get a new job. Maybe they need a new manager I don’t completely blame the crew. I’ve never written a review but this place is horrible why make one in itc if it turns people off so much they’d rather go to chester or ledgewood.

I would never back to this location the service is terrible especially customer service like walking into the house of attitudes! I place an order for pickup and while waiting i watch the lady make my orders, which she didn’t follow the instructions when I ask her? She reply with an attitude rolling her eyes yes. The manager jumps in after seeing me annoyed and proceeds to go back and forth with me saying it look right to her from a camera view. Like I wasn’t watching her make my food! I open the food and showed her it wasn’t made right they ended up giving me what was missing on the side.
But soon after that they started talking in their language which was very rude and unprofessional! I don’t recommend this place at all!

I went there tonight since there was the buy a burrito get a free entree, I was told they had no more rice and it would be 16-17 minutes. Idk how you run out of rice at a chipotle it’s like the main ingredient in burritos and burrito bowls. You need new management it is unacceptable for you to be running out of rice at a chipotle and that is on management. About 10 people walked out after learning there was no rice, you’re losing sales at what would be a profitable location if run properly

Absolutely terrible experience. The place was a complete mess — trash overflowing, tables dirty, and nothing was stocked. They were out of drinks, and when I finally got to the counter, they had no white rice, no chicken… basically none of the core ingredients you come to Chipotle for. The staff looked completely overwhelmed, running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Total chaos and a waste of time. Never again.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and the food is always really fresh, always made on time with no mess ups! Pick-up drive thru lane is always fast, Tiffany is the best worker and nicest person you’ll ever meet, she is always going above and beyond for the customers!

A manager was taking our order and she was very rude. She had blonde hair and glasses. There was no one else in the place and they weren’t close to closing time at all, however, she was giving us a lot of attitude and making annoyed reactions to herself thinking we don’t see her doing it. She doesn’t know how to pack the burritos either, the toppings were spilling everywhere. Don’t come unless it’s a mobile order.

Not sure why there’s so many permanently bad marks on hardly a year old store that’s consistently given more reasonable portions than any other store in the area, has friendly staff, the only Chipotlelane and is improving. No Chipotle is perfect but sheesh glad this ones nearby.
