Nice breakfast spot! Upfront, the location is great, but the concept needs work. EDIT: “Spork” is a really cute name, but I didn’t see any and I didn’t get one to eat with. They have a ton of wildlife photos on the walls for sale, but without frames. They would be better in nice frames, but the best thing to get on yhe walls would be some spork art. Make pinwheels. Paint them bright colors like flowers. Hang a bowl in the middle for the flower center. I LOVE all of the different tables and chairs. Front counter and pastry case are nice. The orange walls are not very attractive, I think a bright-ish yellow could be really pretty. The front cases look like they have old rummage sale stuff in them, but is that stuff for sale? Or it’s just there? With that amount of light, you could consider some big diorama type thing with breakfast characters, which I think could be very cool. And then there are things for sale at a table in the corner and a post card rack with more wildlife. So the only thing that the appearance has in common with a spork is that it just doesn’t know exactly what it wants to be yet. …But that takes nothing away from the friendly staff and the food! We had a breakfast platter and a ham, cheese, and egg croissant. Both so so so good. The sausage gravy was awesome. To drink, we had Irish coffee and a grizzly bloody mary, also yum! Also, a breakfast spot that has drinks! They also had “flights” of mimosas and bloody marys on the menu!

I finally made it to this Cafe after hearing they have latte flights. They definitely did not disappoint as they were all tasty. There were many flavors to choose from. I went with caramel, cinnamon, Irish creme, and cookie dough, with caramel and Irish creme being my favorite. The food was good as well with their home fries being very tasty. I will be returning to explore more of their menu.

Visited for breakfast outdoors. Everything was going well – friendly staff, reasonably quick service, and tasty food. Then one of the employees (cook?) stepped out past us and around the corner for a phone call, and as he was finishing the call and walking past our table to go back inside, he loudly said something that I can’t repeat here, but was offensive language depicting a sexual act in graphic terms. It instantly ruined our meal. We are not prudes, but this was pretty bad for a family restaurant setting. For any business, actually.
