Reviews
The food was extremely underwhelming. Several dishes appeared to rely heavily on bright red artificial coloring, which was explained away by the server as “spices.” As someone of Indian origin who cooks and eats Indian food regularly, this explanation simply didn’t hold up. The color and flavor profile were clearly not spice-driven.
We ordered the Veg Jalfrezi, which bore little resemblance to the dish as traditionally prepared. It consisted largely of what tasted and looked like frozen, packaged vegetables—including lima beans—despite the menu describing the dish as using “fresh seasonal vegetables.” When we questioned this, the server insisted everything was fresh and became argumentative rather than receptive. When we asked to speak with the chef, he did not come out as he realized the server was lying.
The replacement dish, Kashmiri Aloo Dum, was equally disappointing—mostly plain boiled potatoes with little flavor.
Overall, the food lacked freshness, authenticity, and proper spice balance. While the restaurant does have a very attractive setting—arguably the best ambience among Indian restaurants in the area—we would not recommend it for the food itself.
We noticed many Western diners but no Indian patrons, which, based on our food experience, was not surprising.
If ambience is your priority, this may be worth a visit. If you’re looking for good Indian food, we would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
The food is absolutely amazing. Our favorite, however, is the Mango Daiquiri. The bartender, Kalen, makes the best Mango Daiquiri you will find on the island. We make it a point to return every year to enjoy a delicious meal and their fabulous Mango Daiquiri.
We highly recommend trying this restaurant for its delicious menu, but most of all for its insanely good Mango Daiquiri. It is truly worth it!
We were immediately greeted and seated upon arrival. Our waiter was absolutely amazing and helpful. He was attentive to our table and checked in.
Our dinner was very tasty. We ordered butter chicken, roti, samosas, chicken fried rice, chicken lollipop and chicken Hakka noodles. 10 out of 10.
The drinks however set this restaurant apart!! Our bartender Callan Andrews was one of the best that we have encountered on the island. And if your here in Grenada on holiday well… the drinks were the BEST part!! If your local please give this place a try.
Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning on our next visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service was impeccable, the food absolutely delicious, and the setting quite pretty too.
We’ve eaten a lot of Indian and south-asian food over the years, and this compares favorably with the best.
This should be on your dining list!
