This is very much the locals spot. You have to find parking to go to the window to order or pick up. Menu looks very cookie cutter but don’t be fooled. You get to stand around and wait for food with everyone else. Which was great, all friendly locals. We even made a business connection.
Now to the food. We got the chicken plate, patty melt, fried wantons and combo platter. Great amount of food for each item. But I can’t express in words how on point the favor profiles are. Seasoning, spicy sweet all perfectly balanced. The sauce for the wantons so so good. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

Combo bowl was good. Fried rice was outstanding and beat my expectations. Thai tea was spot on. I would definitely eat here again.
**Update** Consistent outstanding quality at the price point. Multiple co-workers addicted. My to go to spot for lunch. Give it a shot.

Went here for the first time not too long ago, the prices are alright but ill admit I was disappointed that they didn’t take card(its only cash or zelle) I got the farm burger and my nephew got the teriyaki bowl. Will admit the farm burger was good save for the chicken inside of it was really tough, and I was expecting how the teriyaki bowl looked in their photo but it was in a really small to go box(fits in my hand size). I’ll have to come by again to try other food.

This place has been here for over 40 years and recently just tried it for the first time, great food and great prices got the teriyaki plate and it was delicious, cash only at this location and no seating. Just a window to order. Great pricing overall as well

I have a rule when I travel the country: Find some little hole-in-the-wall place with a walk-up window and a line of people outside, and eat there. I’m rarely disappointed, and the Hungry Horse Drive-In is a perfect example of this.
The food is good and prices even better. I had the Farm Burger and it was simply delicious. I sampled her 3 Stick Special and it was pretty good, too.
Do yourself a favor, and look for the Hungry Horse. Even better, when you’re in a strange town and come across a little hole-in-the-wall place with a walk-up window and a line of people outside… step up and order a burger.

Very good place to eat it’s take out only but it has a variety of food for the whole family. I recommend the chicken teriyaki bowl or the hamburger special!

Today, Monday 6/16/25, here at work, I went to go take my lunch. I wanted to try this place called Hungry Horse. I stopped by customer service, which was friendly, and I ordered number 16 on their menu, which comes with salad and white rice mix grill meats shrimp chicken and beef. Personally, I dont like my plate, so I have no reason. This plate was perfect. The amount of meat rice and salad was perfect. I opened my meal so delicious, not over exaggerating it was so bomb I ate so comfortable. Hungry horse, my not look so good the outside but let me tell the food is so good and cheap for plate like this and so fire I am coming back just remember take cash they dont accept credit cards. I am gladly coming back for lunch here again.

I’m driving by this place for over 10 years and never knew it existed. Tried a few different dishes here and I like them all. I personally prefer the skewer’s over the chopped chicken or beef. I’ve had the shrimp fried rice, farmer burger, chicken skewer plate and chicken and beef mixed plate.
