It was my first visit to Speranza. It’s a cute place with some holiday decor and the team wearing NYE gear. It was pretty full at 6:15 (assuming because it was NYE). The team is friendly and helpful, especially Guillermo. They seem to know quite a few of the guests which is nice.
We started with some drinks and the crispy bread with olive oil. Then a great salad – arugula with walnuts, apples, and fried goat cheese. It was so good!! For entrees we tried the eggplant parmigiana and chicken parmigiana. Both served on a bed of pasta with lots of marinara sauce and cheese. The eggplant was nice and crispy. Both portions were good sized. We have tasty leftovers today.
We finished our meal with a Guillermo recommendation, a chocolate martini. What a delicious drink! We enjoyed our night at Speranza and will be back to try more items (the pizza looked good).

I really enjoyed my first visit to Speranza with my family, the restaurant has nice modern decor, the service is quick and super friendly. We enjoyed all the food options we tried, our favorite was the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta , this dish was huge easily shared by two people. The cezar pasta dish was good too. Pizza crust was delicious and fresh toppings. The calamari was so good and the portion was huge. I really appreciate the customer service and the friendliness of the restaurant staff it truly reflects the family business model.

I absolutely love this place! I had celebrated my birthday a few weeks before and I was very impressed with the food — I ordered the Speranza pasta with shrimp and a glass of Cabarnet. It was delicious! Recently, I had lunch with my best friend and I ordered the lasagna, Cabernet and the tiramisu for dessert. Everything was 10/10. Our server Guillermo, who happens to be the manager of the restaurant, was very attentive , polite and helpful. As well as providing expertise on wine selections.

Best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not only was the food so hot and delicious, there was so much food I ended up having leftovers. The pizza was perfect and crispy and fresh from the stone. I wish I had gotten a picture of the key lime pie it was so good it didn’t survive long enough to get a pic but I highly recommend as it is the best pie I’ve ever had. Waitress was very sweet and checked on us often! Thank you for a great dinner

Amazing experience eating Italian food here. We tried Rucola Salad, Rucola Pizza without meat, Melanzane Parmigiana, Solofra, Fieno Primavera and Lava cake. All the items were tasty, very well cooked and nicely presented. The bread was amazing as well. This was really great experience. We highly recommend and surely visit again.

My fiancé and I had such a great night here. First time trying out. Their food has the perfect balance between flavor and saltiness. We left wanting more and would for sure come back to try out other dishes!

We went to Speranza for the second time on a Friday night where they had live music. They were also giving out a complimentary glass of sangria for their anniversary. The wait staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food is top notch. I got the special, which was a veal chop, and it was amazing. Also, both times we’ve been here the drinks have been phenomenal. I had the Amaretto Sour and my wife had the Italian 75.

OMG what a Gem! We wanted to try a new Itilian spot and so thankful we came across Speranza! Very cute and Cozy on the inside, service was 100% 10/10. The gentlemen Memo (Guaremo) was absolutely amazing ! Attentive, friendly, and ensure we were happy with our order. Food was wonderful. The flavor of each dish was unique and tasty. Very bold flavors. The pasta itself was cooked perfectly. Not to soft or hard. Prob one of the best Italian places I have been to in the metroplex. Family owned, friendly service, amazing food. What more can you want? They also served Clams Linguini (off the menu) that plate I highly recommend as it was cooked perfectly. Nicely seasoned! Left extremely satisfied!

Overall wonderful experience and our waiter, Memo, was so attentive and helpful when I asked about a few different dishes on the menu. We will definitely be back as the food, service, and atmosphere were all great. Definitely look into checking this place out and you won’t be disappointed.

A compilation of all our favorite things in an Italian restaurant: Family-owned and operated, authentic/homemade pasta, wonderful service, soothing live music, and a friendly staff. All of the dinner options we chose were delicious. Our waiter, Guillermo, was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the menu. We were even able to speak with the owner, Mario, who ensures both the quality of the food and your overall experience are excellent. We will certainly be back to patronize this restaurant again!
