Hated it! The music was too loud, they don’t serve food, & the staff were drinking + smoking on the clock. A staff member came over to my group an hour into our visit saying that some of us didn’t pay the $10 entrance fee. All of us did pay & she would’ve known this had she not been getting wasted at work. She was very aggressive & almost got into a fight with one person from my group because of this. I couldn’t wait to leave! It was ghetto, ratchet, & nobody was professional! I didn’t feel safe either! Security was too busy partying rather than stopping a drunk man from coming over to my group pressuring us to take shots with him. I didn’t like the vibes of this place & I don’t plan on returning.

AMAZING experience!!! The guy in charge here is super professional. The event next door was a let down and he saw that we were upset. He was very hospitable and made sure we had great hookah and was sipping something nice! He turned our night around and we left here in great spirits. Highly recommend this place. The music was amazing and the vibes were even better. Everyone who works there is amazing!!!!!

I like The Spot because the bouncer at the door was sweet, and wasn’t overly aggressive about enforcement of face mask. Wann was welcoming and friendly, music was sweet. Seats were in good conditions. Plenty free parking is a plus, I would recommend this place to others and would definitely go back!

Went out with my best friend last night for her birthday and it’s $10 door entry and I purchased $30 hookah for that price I should have received better customer service. The coals burned fast and it took almost an hour for some one to realize our coals were almost ash. After acknowledging it needed to be change it still took them 30-45 minutes more minutes to change it completely. Only 3 stars because music selection was great, but not worth the customer service .

I went to this place for the first time the owner or manager (male with dreads )was so professional and sweet, customer services was very slow it took me a whole hour to get a hookah. This establishment wants to pack the place out more than provide good customer service in my opinion. The music was good it is definitely a vibe there but the owner could work on making time limits per table so when new customers come that are not from the area they feel welcomed and have a place to sit and get serviced in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service. And the management wants to blame their mistakes on the fact that they cannot comprehend requests due to the amt of patrons in their establishment. Like how does that make sense? I suggest they take the time afforded them due to covid to re-evaluate their practices to improve their ability to accommodate customers. Ghetto…would not recommend. Additionally, there is ONE bathroom stall for entire establishment (for men and women etc)

Its definitely for the youth. Music was cool. Hookah was cool. BYOB. I had a good time but I’m 37 and the average age was maybe 25. Not a bad experience but again, it was too many young people there.

This place was absolutely trash!
Service was horrible, our hookah ran out and no body.. I mean no body was around checking to see if we needed a refill or extra coal for at least an hour which is crazy when you pay both $20 to enter and $30 for a hookah. That’s high way robbery!! (Not to mention that there wasn’t even printed menus, what they had to offer was written in pen on a piece of paper.. please spare yourself from this place)
No ventilation & no adequate seating so it was crowded and kept getting bumped into by other people on the awful plastic chairs they provided as so called “seating”
When we did decide to finally abandon this place as we had no hookah for an HOUR and our drinks were finished, we were not allowed to leave by the security guard because of a incident occurring in the parking lot.. once we did finally get outside, due to police blocking off the area, we’re not able to leave until at least 45 mins later.
Please I’m begging you, spare yourself form this low grade institution you think you call a “hookah bar”
