Giving 3 stars because the pizza is good, but the execution of “Spazio” as a semi-separate entity from Whole Foods is poor. There’s a double door under the Spazio logo to walk in through, which gives the impression of walking into where I should order pizza, but instead, I have to walk allllllll the way around the checkout lanes, pick myself a slice (or, presumably, tell the guy behind the counter what I want), go through Whole Foods checkout, and go sit in the designated “Spazio” seating. Really cumbersome and confusing experience.

This isn’t a restaurant fyi. There’s a sign that says “order here” but that area is roped off, there’s no menu, and beer tap is broken down. It’s built-out like it’s a restaurant but it’s basically a place to pick up a slice while you’re grocery shopping. Pizza is alright, but not worth the bait-and-switch of this being presented as a restaurant if you’re showing up with people to sit down and eat.

They have the ordering area blocked off and you have to walk into the Whole Foods side to get a slice off the buffet. Super disappointing because it’s not a real pizza place. The slices are decent but this is kind of misleading because it seems like there’s hardly any service and it’s not a real “restaurant” so that was disappointing.

So I order this pizza and I’m eating it thinking, “this is not a great pizza” but I’m thinking maybe it’s the vegan cheese or the lackluster crust. It’s not till I start thinking about dipping it in some sauce to help it out that it clicks: THERE’S NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA!!!

In fairness, when I ordered I asked for vegan cheese, mushrooms, and roasted garlic and that’s exactly what I have. It did not occur to me, however, that I needed to order sauce. Who has to ask for sauce?! You order your toppings but sauce is not a topping! WTH?! And if you know that sauce doesn’t come with the pizza why wouldn’t you at least ask, “hey, did you want marinara with that?” Yes! Yes, I would!

OMG! From now on I’ll be getting my vegan pizzas from Mellow Mushroom where the vegan cheese is delicious, the crust is delectable, and sauce automatically comes with every pizza!

It’s Spazio What more do I need to say , huh? Fresh, delicious pizza, just like the old country. Who doesn’t want that? I mean, c’mon. Sit out on the porch. Enjoy some pie with the family. Or grab a slice and go, cause youse got business and you can’t do business on an empty stomach. Do yourself a favor, yeah? You know what to do…

Pick a different place to eat. No menus, no actual restaurant (just seating and tvs), no drinks/wines. You place an order in the Whole Foods deli area. Waited 40 mins, they never called us. Pizza actually did taste good.

Their staff is horrible was very rude said they were closed when the site says they close at 8. The man that was working we had to beg to get his attention while he was talking on the phone. The pizza place could make a lot of money if the staff wasn’t so horrible. Whole Foods should be ashamed.

Great Pizza in Huntsville – just wish the beer taps were working. Still a great pie to take home, or grab an enormous slice (onion and mushroom!) on the go.

Love their pizza but what gives them 3 stars is I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told about 15-20 mins. I come in around the 20 min mark and told them I have a pickup for such and such and was told it wasn’t ready only to look over and see they haven’t even made my pizza yet. Then looking around the area to only see 2 families eating pizza. No apology or anything. I used to work at a pizza place so I understand firsthand about the whole fast food business so I expected more. More professionalism and courtesy.

Good pizza and good beer! There are lots of options for ordering your own custom pizza. Also, you have the option of picking up pizza by the slice. At 6.50 per MASSIVE slice, this is definitely a good deal. There are usually 6 beers on tap with a few local selections. There are two TVs in the dining area making this a good location for a quick bite on game day. The only reason that this isn’t a five star is that the seating area tends to stay a bit dirty.
