Fast food is not living up to its name. Took 10 minutes from order to hand for 2 burgers, 2 wraps, fries and drink (no customizations).
This is becoming more common at every fast food drive through I go to anymore.
No one was ahead of me and I’m not sure what the delay was.

I am currently at this location making this review. I will describe what I got to witness. My food took long to come out to me when I order from the kiosk because if I would of waited for someone to take my order I would of never got it. I heard more about the personal lives of the employees which involved some inappropriate language. I watch what I assume is the manager in a purple shirt, talk, eat and play on her phone while my fries came out cold limp and less then desirable. Watch another girl lean against the wall on her phone drinking. My hamburger was thrown into the wrapped like I had to build it myself. If this is your standard of working then sign me up cause I have to work non stop and be professional at my work place and probably dont make as much as your manager. DO BETTER. AWFUL and for canfield ohio especially.

My top favorite item at McD’s is a Filet-O-Fish w/extra tartar just like my pic I posted. Of course, who doesn’t love a small salty fry with it. Oh, and their chocolate chip sweets (when craving) are so good! – I do also at times order breakfast items which work well when in a hurry as they do them up right.

Between this McDonald’s and the one in Raccoon rd, you’re better off going a little further to the next McDonald’s. Prices are higher than other McDonald’s. They always park you, and you’ll wait around 10-15 minutes for your food. Fries are fresh most of the time but lack salt/flavor and never get the correct amount. Drink machines need calibration since they always taste weird.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a sprite, the girl who took the order repeated it back to me and it was correct, pulled up to the window and paid, the girl at the window said here is your Diet Coke, I said, oh no, I ordered a sprite, she still had it hanging out the window and said here, you have to take it, I said no, I ordered a sprite, she said well your receipt said Diet Coke, I told her the girl who took the order repeated it back to me and it was correct and with a sprite, she slammed the Diet Coke on the window and said well this is yours. She went and got a supervisor or another employee, she came to the window and said what’s er with your drink you have to pull over anyways we have no fries. The customer service is horrible!! The employees are rude and have zero respect for their patrons. It’s sad, customer service is no longer given. The young man who brought my food out to the car was very nice and pleasant, they could all learn from him. I open my bag and the fries are upside down and all over the bottom of the bag, par for the course right?!

If you stop here check your order before you leave. They always miss something. Ask them if they put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag and they say yes to your face. But it’s not in the bag after you pull around. Then you have to go back in and the same girl that said the sauce was in there replies “I don’t bag orders “. Not “ Sorry “or anything. Just it’s not my fault. I will drive out of my way to avoid this McDonald’s in the future. Bad enough they screw up my order every single time bit then they give you an attitude after you have to circle back and get it corrected.

My wife and I stopped for a couple of breakfast sandwiches, after driving away we found blood all through the bag. Went back to discover the employee working the window had a cut and the bandage had come loose. I was upset but understand how things happen, just wanted my order replace and to leave at that moment. I was given an apology and two free meal vouchers. I wasn’t going to leave a review at all until a couple of months later we figured we would go back and try again. Ordered two meals and presented the vouchers. We were then told we could only use one at a time. I explained why we had them but it did not make a difference. That’s it for me, blood in one meal then told we couldn’t use the compensation given to make up for it. Lucky for them I’m not the person who would sue for bodily fluids in food at a restaurant, but then again this is what I get for being understanding. Avoid this place at all cost……
