Got double qpc and a single both with fries and shakes spent 30 bucks got unsalted cold fries hard bread on the sandwiches order was correct because i placed it on the board so now its not even dealing with customers just make food hand it out. You can’t even get that correct. Never again will i stop here even if it is close

Zero customer service. Expect customers to use kiosks. If I want to do everything myself I will eat at home. We were eating in, only customers in-store. Had to get my food from the counter. The manager says sorry they are busy, as if I don’t have eyes and can’t see what each of the 5 employees are doing. To top it off, my DQPC w/bacon was complete with extra grease, see photo of my sandwich, one bite away from the counter.

Bad customer service, I got old chicken nuggets and they didn’t give me sauce so I had to go in and ask for my sauce and the worker was extremely rude. Wouldn’t go here again.

They usually get our order wrong if we order anything outside of the defaults (like if you order a sandwich without an ingredient or with one, such as bacon, that doesn’t come standard with it). It’s a pretty standard McD’s experience.

2 of 4 order kiosks were not operating. Friendly, quick service at the counter. Fries were hot and fresh! Quarter Pounder tasted good. Many tables had numbers on them, limiting where I could sit.
