Service wasn’t great: the employees were so busy churning out online orders that they didn’t notice I was still waiting 25 minutes later for my in-person order 25, until I asked about it. I feel like they could have noticed and been more proactive, since they can see the list of orders.

The Cave Monkey shouldn’t be a fan favorite anymore~ it doesn’t taste like it did when you first opening . The ingredients seem to have gradually changed so we wouldn’t notice. I guess the company got greedy. It’s a shame because it’s lost its original charm, but they don’t seem to care since they’re going mainstream anyway..
