The manager Katie is not friendly nor cares about the quality of food she serves. I stopped by to get my kids a snack. They all ordered chicken strips with ranch. I noticed the ranch given was curdled and bad. Called the store to let the manager know. She was rude, wanted to argue about how there is no way it could be bad as it doesn’t spoil which is a flat out lie then proceeded to hang up! House made ranch typically has a shelf life of 2 weeks. Happy I stopped my kids in time because the management doesn’t seem to care.

I always order online from here, but the sweet chili option is never available online. Whenever I call and ask them to make it sweet chili instead, I even offer to pay extra. Unfortunately, the manager doesn’t seem to know how to do it—or honestly, it feels like they just don’t want to.
This is really disappointing. If the owner is reading this, please understand that if your sales are going down, the staff and especially the manager are a big reason for it. Customer service matters even more during the winter season.

Went in at exactly 10:38pm of October 3rd 2025. As I just got done working, I felt the need to grab a blizzard for accomplishing a task I did. Employee taking orders proceeded to say “of course she would come right now.” Then proceeded to give an attitude and cut me off as I wasn’t done ordering. Overall 1/10 customer service. Nothing but rudeness.

The bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Smeared poop on toilet seats ! The bathroom floors and walls just everything looks like they haven’t been touched in decades! Booths are dirty I don’t recommend going to this location take that extra mile or 2 for the other locations

Even though I couldn’t get a drink with my $6 meal deal due to allergies. I did get a sundae. The only problem is that I got it before my meal and now it’s melted! You do know that you give the sundaes at the same time as the meal! That way they don’t melt! And they got my sandwich completely wrong! Does this look like only pickles? I have allergies and order my burgers a certain way on purpose! Thanks for trying to kill me!

Trying their new chicken bites. Kind of a bland slight bbq flavor. Definitely looks rotisserie cooked. The gravy they gave me is excessively thick, it’s like dipping into paste. Very bad attitude by the cashier. You definitely need a fork to eat these rotisserie type nuggets, which they didn’t give me. Next time stick with the DQ on Western, better food and better service.
