Dan not only sells a personal size pizza with homemade bakery quality crust and homemade sauce, he also owns a sour dough bakery in town and a couple of ABB. This pizza was heavy with a nice crust, REALLY good. Don’t be confused by Google maps, the shop is located inside pioneer park.

This is a unique outdoor dining experience (take away) at the Pioneer Park. We highly recommend it! Worth a trip just for the personal pan pizzas, but especially nice when out enjoying park activities with the family already. Sourdough Dan was great to visit with and has a passion for all things baking and especially sourdough so that joy is contagious. My husband is a baker and a pizza maker so we had a blast. Dan was really generous and we made breakfast pizza with his take home sourdough crusts at home the next day because it was so delicious and so fun. Thanks Dan!!!!

Locally this place rates high but for our taste did not think the pizza was worth the high praise. We found the crust excellent but with toppings was soggy and mushy. We threw half away. The staff were friendly and fast at getting our order out. Picnic tables closeby.

Stopped by to grab a pizza and a couple of Fresca‘s today. Service was fantastic. We ordered the meat lovers pizza. Also ordered the apple pie pizza for dessert. The pizza and the apple pie pizza was fantastic! It was a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend!

Pizza was delicious and came out quickly. I had the Cheeseburger Pizza and wife had the Chicken Pizza. Crust was thin and toppings were amazing. Waitstaff was super friendly as well. Pioneer Park has limited dining options but would highly recommend Sourdough Dan’s to anyone there looking for a good lunch option.

Great little pizza shop right in the park. Our group tried the cheese, garlic chicken, pepperoni, and chicken buffalo pizzas. Plenty of seating around the park at outdoor tables. Kids were all very happy!
Everyone enjoyed it. Crust was fantastic. Good price and great quality.

We tried Dan’s pizza yesterday and definitely be back. From quick and friendly service to yummy pizza! We loved it and told family and friends of them. We got our pizza pretty fast and even had some small talk with him. We loved the chicken pizza aswell as cheese and meat lovers!

Amazing pizza. Small local pizza located inside Pioneer park, excellent spot to grab pizza and let the kids play.
