Advertises outside the building and on Google maps that they are open till 11:00 p.m. However, I showed up at 10:05pm to get my family dinner and they were closed. All the lights were off, they do not answer the phones and they have gotten our order wrong multiple times in the past. Usually we end up getting parked for even just a regular combo and it seems like the people who work here just don’t care. Just avoid this place and go somewhere else like Freddy’s Steakburgers or Sonic. 0/10 given dozens of chances and won’t come back again.

I think I want to give the location a break, but seriously, they didn’t get our order right, forgot a drink, and all 3 floats. We were charged over 35 bucks for 3 meals, but we had coupons, so at first, we thought they just didn’t apply the coupons, but even that didn’t add up. We asked for a receipt 3 times, even after we were sent under the tree to wait for what we didn’t order, the coney hotdogs!!! So…as we waited…and waited, we realized we were short a drink, and we couldn’t quite put our finger on the rest, until we finally got our 3 floats, and receipt. The poor kid who had to keep running back, probably should have come back with a menu item to appease us as we waited, but instead of complaining, we swallowed down our cold fries, because we were hungry. I think the cold fries were the worst! In the end, we had 2 coney dogs we paid full price for, and we never ordered in the first place. They should have been free. So the next time we get coupons, we will let them expire.

Ordered a double and onion rings. Got parked whatever lady tells me 3 minutes. 20 minutes later still no food and when I finally got it it was a single with the complete wrong toppings. Not going back again

The service was quick, however I cannot even finish eating the papa burger or the onion rings. It was awful. The lettuce is wilted hamburger soggy. The onion rings had no taste to it. I won’t go there again

Stopped by and ordered a meal and the ordered was not what we ordered. Drinks tasted bad This isn’t the only screw up they made. So we are done with this A&W. Tired going the fast food restaurant and they can’t even get the order correct and this is after they repeated the order over the inter com.

I’m only going to give this place 2 stars ONLY because they have bomb fry sauce. We have went to this place several times hoping things would get better. But never again. Those young girls who take the order are the worst!. Its dirty, takes FOREVER to get your food and the last two times we went no air conditioning. It usually takes a pretty bad place to give a 2 star to but unless they start stepping things up Save your money go to McDonald’s at least you know what your getting

I love that this location is soo close to home. Especially when they have $2 any size floats. Even though I shouldn’t get the large, I do with no regrets! I do also enjoy the cheese curds. I hope they consider bringing back the Siracha cheese curds as they were delicious! Nice kick but not overpowering. The only thing that I’d consider needing improvement is the staff not feeling rushed. I witnessed this one evening when there were only 4-5 vehicles in the drive-thru the staff were working too fast which created lower quality of the food. My float had a ton!! Of ice cream but not enough root beer and the cheese curds that evening were cooked just barely to melt but not enough to be CHEESY like I’ve always received in the past at this location. This will not deter me from continually enjoying these great treats! Keep up the good work!

So, I’m sorry to report that while I still love the food, I feel like service has been exceptionally slow and often poor lately. I understand that it is difficult to find service workers right now but 35 minutes for 2 burgers is just too long and the order was completely wrong. I just didn’t want to wait anymore. Furthermore, watching managers ignore and yell at new hires was painful.

Tables were messy by the front where we waited for food. But the staff were nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Fries weren’t the freshest but the food was good.
