Soupçon is such a gem — incredibly good, intimate, and so quaint in the best way. The atmosphere feels cozy and special without being stuffy.
The caviar was absolutely amazing — beautifully presented and perfectly spaced out for us so we could really enjoy each bite. Every dish felt thoughtful and refined. The server helped us with a bottle of wine and champagne that we all enjoyed.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Truly a hidden gem and unforgettable experience. It’s tucked away on a side street and located inside the cutest historic 1886 cabin. The vibe is homey and the staff is so welcoming! Food is phenomenal; we took 6 course set menu and each bite was 10/10. A must have when in Crested Butte.

The staff was warm and helpful, and being greeted by the chef made the experience feel so personal.
We chose the 3-course tasting menu and everything was outstanding, from the fresh, warm bread to the flavorful beef tartare and rich foie gras.
The tagliolini with shaved truffles and the lamb chops were perfectly prepared, and desserts like the warm crumb cake and crème brûlée were the perfect finish.
We were in the mood for cocktails and the ones we enjoyed that evening was Margarita d’Agave and Sangria.
It’s more than just a meal, it’s a true dining experience that’s worth every penny.

We have visited this restaurant three times over the past 18 years, and each experience has been incredible. This most recent visit was particularly outstanding! The menu creative, fresh and exciting!! The wine pairings were phenomenal and explained in-depth.
Chef John Leonardi and his outstanding team personally presented many of the courses, adding a special touch to the evening. Our server, Shandie, was a highlight of the meal. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge, beautiful presentation, and delightful demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We had so much fun with her!

We went for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we hoped. The service was great, the food even greater. We got a couple glasses of complimentary champagne and some caviar mixture which was lovely. The gnocchi appetizer was amazing! Would definitely go again

Amazing meal! The chef put together a 5 course tasting menu which was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was attentive and able to read the party perfectly to anticipate any needs. The entire night was an awesome experience and I will definitely go back.

Wish I could give more stars! Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day, but our day took a sudden chaotic turn an hour before our rez. In all the chaos I was so grateful with how communicative and accommodating the staff was, and our mess of a day was completely flipped around the second we stepped inside.
We were treated with such sincere kindness, the entire staff made us feel like we belonged. The food was incredible and the portions filling (I HATE going to a fancy restaurant and leaving hungry) and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely dining experience in CB.
