My husband and I had breakfast here this morning. We both ended up getting the all American breakfast. They had very generous portions, and were happy to make my husband’s eggs sunny side up. Everything was perfect and I love the jams. It was so good we went back for lunch and were once again not disappointed. We had an unlimited supply of tea and lemons and the club sandwich were great only made better by the wonderful service.l

Well, I have to say I am not sure what to think of this place.
The service was great at first, with the waitress reccomending some great looking food, which came out not being cooked correctly. I had to reorder since the food came out cold the first time, which should not be problem for an establishment like this.
The place had cockroaches and then the waitress started just reading a book in front of everyone like we were not important. She was attentive, but only at her convenience.
Very interesting dynamic here. Better cooks, more professionalism, and hopefully pest control.

I chose this place for my daughters graduation dinner and was be very disjointed. The waiter was rude and we were not told we would have a limited menu(didn’t really mind that) or that everything would have to be on one check ( did mind) . The Ceaser salad was amazing but everything else was mediocre. The dessert tasted like it was frozen and not thawed all the way. Ppl did enjoy the burger and fries but I opted for pasta and it was bland. They indicated they could not split the check but with over 3 guests and no prior warning we could not coordinate to put it all on one card. Then after about 30-45 minutes of talking they split the check and we were able to pay and leave. My guests were not happy AND NEITHER WAS I!!! I paid for 5 ppl and the bill was $250ish so about $50/ person. I won’t be back

A bit underwhelming service and food given the high price tag and nice décor. Stood at the host stand for 5 minutes with only the bartender in the entire front of house at 6:30 pm on a week night. Decided to seat myself (maybe I was supposed to?), and sat for another 15 minutes without a server in the dining area with only the bartender out. She was busy, but she definitely noticed me and appeared to glance in the kitchen a few times as if to look for anyone else who might work here.
The server was nice when he finally did show up, but seemed fairly confused (I had to ask for a menu and didn’t receive a drink menu). I decided to order the shrimp pasta. Usually this is a bit risky at a hotel restaurant, but I figured the hefty price tag would mean decent quality. To my dismay, I received what I can best describe as a soggy pasta soup, and my biggest pet peeve was that the tails were still on the shrimp. I thought I ordered a pasta dish, not shrimp cocktail with noodles. The shrimp was extremely grainy in texture (almost like a small sediment coated it), which was quite unpleasant. The overall flavor of the dish was decent.
Pretty disappointed with this experience, as the Westin restaurants are usually pretty solid.

I am headed out back to Ga and I must say the service, quality of food, and overall atmosphere is amazing. My server was Renea and she was an absolute joy. She is extremely kind and helpful. Ask for her if you go for sure. It is located inside of the Westin Hotel Memorial City.

Kicked off HRW 2023 here since they were 1st on the list and they didnt disappoint. This is inside the hotel so the atmosphere was nice and laid back. The staff engagement level was great. The adult beverages were awesome! The dinner menu for HRW has wonderful options and we were pleased. The fettucine was swimming in sauce but overall everything tasted delicious. We’ll definitely be back to dine/drink here.

The drinks here are phenomenal, all of the ones I tried were mixed well and were better than most I’ve had at other establishments. The food was also very good, I especially enjoyed the fish and chips. Be aware that they are fairly pricey, but I was not disappointed in either the food or drinks. They were more than capable at both their menu drinks and the more standard drinks you would order in other cocktail bars. Staff was friendly and helped to create a pretty welcoming atmosphere. Not a huge crowd, but I also wasn’t here on a Friday night or weekend. Definitely recommend if you or a group needs a place with some high quality food and some well above average drinks.
