I don’t leave reviews often but I hope to save someone a headache. I recommend finding a different location or a different coffee company. I am a regular Starbucks drinker. My order has legitimately been wrong the last 5-6 times I have gone to this location but I usually don’t say anything because I don’t want to be a bother. When I picked up my drink today, I could tell it had very little liquid in it and was mostly foam. I asked the staff to please remake it and was told at the counter that the drink was going to have foam in it. I understand some foam is normal but this was excessive. I took a picture in the car when I got the drink and took a picture after letting the drink settle. I did not drink from this cup. I took the pictures to show how much foam was in the drink. Unfortunately after years of regularly drinking Starbucks, I will be looking for a new daily coffee shop

Sloppy and pushy. When it first opened it was great but they have a new staff that is more interested in moving people through then getting the order correct or giving you time to put the order in. I drove up to put in my order started off with saying I want an ice coffee and was moving on to customize it when I was cut off with (ok you want an ice coffee anything thing else.). I have anxiety so I forgot what I wanted to say. I got out half of it and was rushed through again. They weren’t even that busy. Maybe short staffed but not that busy. They need a better staff who knows what they are doing and how to take care of customers

Placed a mobile order for the drive thru at this Starbucks on the way to work. They open at 5 am like they do every morning, and my order said it would be ready at 6:07. I get to the Starbucks at 6 incase there was a line because they are usually slow at this one. There was one lady in front of me in line. We sat in line for 10 minutes and they did not take her order. I went around and saw no one inside. I tried to go inside to get my order and the doors were locked. No signs on the door or drive thru to say they were opening later. I go to leave and see 3 employees in the parking lot sitting in their cars. They watched me and that lady sit in that drive thru and did nothing. I had to contact Starbucks customer service because they do not allow you to cancel your order after you place it. Do not recommend this location at all

I love Starbucks Chai tea. That pretty much the only thing I get from there. However 4 or out the 5 times I visited this particular location they are always out of it. It’s super frustrating to wait in line for something and they don’t have it. Especially more than once. I usually get it all the time at other locations

I am a door dash driver and I came in here and never got spoken too. I stood inside by the front counter for 10 minutes and not once did anyone even say hello to me. It seemed as though I was being avoided. I worked in the service industry for 14 years. All you have to do is say hello I’m working on it and it goes a LONG way but it doesn’t seem as they this store was trained to do so. It’s sad. I will no longer accept door dash orders to this store

My 10yr old went in on her bday with all her little bday gear on…She couldnt get the app to work…again shes 10 and asked for a small drink for her bday…The girl hassled her and I had to come in and pay for it!! I dont mind paying as I frequent Starbucks…BUT SHAME ON YOU, KAT….She was so excited and you ruined it!!!!

Great coffee and great service! I am a regular here, and started noticing improvements. Some staff seem new, but they seem very eager and attentive, and they are very friendly and welcoming. The place now has a very good vibe from start to finish, which is very refreshing. I enjoyed my experience!
