I tried the shawarma and falafel.
it’s the best shawarma in the area, made in the original Arabic style.
Delicious in every detail, and everything is fresh.
As for the falafel, honestly, it’s the best in the area.
Everything is perfect the bread, the quality of the falafel, and every detail.
After trying many restaurants, I’m confident they serve the best and most delicious shawarma and falafel.
The staff are friendly and professional

Soumaya & Sons Bakery is a Lebanese Mediterranean lunch counter-serve wrapped sandwich restaurant. The only filling vegetarian option is the falafel wrap. The falafels however are some of the softest I’ve ever had.

The wrap however is quite unimaginative and was too dry. Though they did give extra tahini sauce for it. They also give you a piddling of lettuce and tomato in a veggie wrap and therefore it does not fill you up.

The restaurant also charges you for every extra topping even when it is replaced.

Now onto the service: Like other reviews have already said – it’s non-existent to downright rude whereby the pretty lady expresses indignation if you ask about anything or modify your order.

I like the place because the bread is always fresh, but the times I’ve eaten there haven’t been good experiences. The service leaves a lot to be desired—the cashiers’ treatment is terrible. Yesterday I bought a shawarma and a falafel; everything was cold and didn’t have even a drop of sauce.
For me, it’s not a pleasant place to eat, and even less so to buy takeout food.

Some of the best pita and hummus around. With a place like Soumaya & Sons, there should be no reason why you’re buying these items anywhere else, they’re the best of the best

I enjoyed the delicious fresh pita bread and zattar bread. Stay away from the stuffed grape leaves that suspiciously look and tastes like the ones from the can, but you pay $1 for each one at Soumaya’s

The food and Mediterranean appetizers are great. Love their olives, hummus and baklava. The falafels, feta, grape leaves, spinach pie, zaatar flatbread are so good. The French feta is fantastic! My only complaint is that they should offer small size, they only have medium and large containers.
