Being on my way home from work (as well as three other Carl’s Junior’s, I sometimes hit this one up….but it’s NOT exactly the same quality I’ve come to love and expect from Carl’s Junior’s, but then again I do typically hit up the West Salem Carl’s Junior’s and it’s the best one around(very clean, caring and helpful and friendly staff there). Here the employees are the typical counter jockeys who barely make your burger, and barley show an ounce of care in saying thank you and other common customer service type of communications. I once was hand my food without words here.

Forgot to put our burgers in the bag and also forgot the receipt. Got home (15 minutes away) and called them just for them to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Told them exactly what we ordered and around the time (wasn’t busy at all) and was told without the receipt they didn’t give us, there was nothing they could do about it.

I spent $11.68 dollars for this sandwich with a drink and fries. I don’t even think it was the right size patty. Those onions look super old. I won’t be coming back here again. It’s unfortunate to because it’s one of the only things near by open late.

They painted Carls Jr. awhile back. It looks absolutely depressing and unapproachable. Black and grey? What is this a funeral home? Make your fast food joints lively and bright. Maybe then will it entice more people to come.

One of the first things I look for when entering a restaurant is how clean is the dining room. Surprised that despite it being the lunch rush it was spotless. Add a friendly cashier and the food coming out hot and it was a pleasant meal.

They were fast, rite in the order, neatly packaged and actually cared about there food…I mean look at my burger (super star with cheese)!
Fantastic crew that put out an actual how it’s supposed to be burger. Even my fires were great. Both fresh and hot, salt on the fries but just enough to accent not kill me now salt….lol.
I will drive out of my way to go to this carls jr. Next time that’s what I want to eat.

Order total was about ten bucks. Carls is expensive. One sandwich and crisscut fries. Fries were good. $6.99 sandwich was below mediocre, especially considering the price. What made this worse was the amount of sauce… the sandwich buns were a soggy mess falling apart in my hands when I picked it up. Had to toast some bread for emergency “bun” transplant. Would not recommend this location or Carls in general sadly.

Felt like these were not as full as usually. All three we ordered were not full. When we asked them about it, I felt like they didn’t care and didn’t offer to fix it. That is not normal for this place so maybe the person was having an off day. Will try again in future.

Great food and service as always at this location❣️I always get the grilled chicken club sandwich. It is very good and the best replacement since Wendy’s stopped making grilled chicken sandwiches. I love that they have brewed unsweetened ice tea that you can serve yourself. It makes a nice lower calorie low carb meal. My son had the Angus Western Bacon Cheese burger waffles fries and a medium drink. Was just over $20 with my rewards.

The people who work here are great! Had a super complicated order that a super fresh trainee helped me with. With some extra help, we got it figured out. They were respectful and patient with me and overall great service. I’m super happy with what I got. Now, I know an easier way to order my complicated burger. Again, respectful and patient. These people are awesome at what they do. Will obviously be coming back!
