I agree with other reviews, seems like the workers are purposefully messing up orders. It took 3 workers 28 minutes to prepare orders for 4 vehicles in the drive thru. The girl at the window was visibly very, very angry. Just to put it simply, ill never return to this location after my experience last night. God bless the workers, I hope they find peace, but not at the expense of my stomach. Disgruntled employees and restaurants dont mix at all…..and that girl was PISSED! I dont want any food cooked with hate and/or anger….sorry.

Fast food employees are probably the meanest people to exist. This Taco Bell makes food poorly on purpose. Every time I come here they make the food impossible to eat. Ordered a chicken cantina bowl with extra avocado ranch because they hardly ever put any on but they see the word “extra” and get dramatic with it. They put so much on that the bowl was flooding with it. Couldn’t even eat the bowl. It was a dramatic doing and whoever made the bowl knows that they did. I didn’t say “extra, extra, extra, extra” sauce. You guys were being mean and petty and you know it. Get a new job if you aren’t happy in your life and stop ruining people’s food that we have to pay for.

Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired. They do not know how to run a buisness there is no other reason for me to wait 20 minutes at the microphone to place an order. This place is a stain on taco bell and I blame whoever is in charge. There’s no other explanation for repeated horrible service.

Most nasty Taco Bell I have ever been in. The dining room tables all had stuff on them and were nasty the food was not great as well. The drink station had no ice and was also filthy. The bathroom was unthinkably disgusting. I honestly can’t believe this location is still operating. Will never be back.

This review is only for Christina working the drive thru on night shift 10/05/25. I left a review for her on 09/09/25 but I think I left it for the wrong location. She is THE BEST employee. In a post covid world, customer service is a lost art, but she never misses a beat. I only go to this location, and it’s only because of her.

I am sitting at the drive thru as I type this. It is Saturday, October 25th, 2025. It is 2:44 am and after waiting on 2 cars in front of me, the restaurant is ignoring me at the speaker. It is 2:46 as i publish this. It is my sincere hope that the franchise owner sees this. The restaurant is supposed to close at 3am.

food is always fresh and superb. however, i visit this location once every few months, and every time i visit, at least one item is left out of my order. i don’t believe this is intentional, but it is saddening to return home and an integral piece of my family’s meal is missing. the few times i have caught it before driving off, they always provide the item that was left out.

Brand new location with a modern fast-casual decor. This particular store seems a bit smaller than other ones in Clarksville but offers what you have come to expect from a Taco Bell location cheap and tasty Mexican fast food to satisfy your cravings.
