Ordered a taco salad and was very disappointed. They charged extra for beef or chicken although the menu didn’t specify there was an extra charge. Don’t taco salads always come with meat? My husband had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was a chicken cutlet on a bun. Neither looked anything like the pictures. Draft beer tasted off and I have to wonder if they clean the lines. Won’t go back.

We celebrated my son’s birthday here and everything was perfect! The venue was spacious, The food was delicious and prepared just on time for the party,everyone enjoyed it. Thanks to Anne who was very helpful and attentive Highly recommend this place for any event!

It was a pleasure being served by Anne. She was very friendly and accomodating. She made sure that our food and drinks were served in a timely manner. She also makes a very good manhattan. We really enjoyed our stay in Soo blaster. We will surely go back.

Slightly disappointed that children are allowed in on new years parties. Should really be told before you buy the tickets because now I feel obligated to stay here because so many of us paid in advance. Halloween was a very different experience. I don’t mean to be rude but there was Also more indian music than English and for an English country that is obviously odd. Will not return for another event honestly. Everything was sub par.

Food was served cold. None of the games worked for any of the children and there was many there was a birthday party booked with our group from 4 to 6 and they had another birthday party come in at 5:30. We also got to watch the worker up the prices of all of the prize games from 100 tickets to 450 For an airhead You have a better chance of just going to wacky wings and playing games there. It’s also 10 times cheaper for you to go to wackys I bought a $50 game card and got 100 credits. My sister got a $20 game card and got 100 credits. Overall was just a waste of money and a terrible time because all of the children were extremely upset by the fact that none of the games were working and was constantly stealing their credits. There was multiple times where we had to scan our cards more than twice for the game to start working, but it still took the credits off of the card with each swipe.

Anne was an excellent bartender very attentive and helpful on the specials and made an excellent cosmopolitan martini. Wings and beer combo very good deal as well. Will be back when in town.

Nope and nope. We were staying in the hotel, so, after a long day, we figured we’d hit up Soo Blaster for some games, food and drinks.
Bought a play card then went to find a table.
Regrets.
They were having an event……so it was utter mayhem trying to get someone to take our order. My husband got his drink….and after waiting 15 minutes, had to go to the bar to ask for mine. Then we opted to.order our food all at once to avoid waiting. An appetizer and main course. It showed up all at once. I got a crispy chicken…..which…turned out to be a frozen chicken cutlet warmed. Then they shut the games down for the night due to the ‘event’. Naturally we did not have tickets, so we were asked to leave. We had to get our money back for the game card and go. Lastly, the way the manager or owner spoke to his staff was absolutely deplorable. He has no business being in charge of anyone. Outright in front of everyone. The poor girl looked so flustered. They are obviously not organized for an event of middle aged women dressed as Spice Girls listening to a cover band.
