DEF NOT a Russian Spi
From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and inviting the space was. The dining area was spotless, the bathrooms were well-maintained and SUPER CLEAN! It smelled so CLEAN, I didn’t see anything wrong or gross in the bathroom WHAT-SO-EVER!!
Everything seemed to run with smooth efficiency and Service. The service was fast, the food was delicious, warm, fresh and well-priced, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming—but what truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service I received from Roman.
Roman wasn’t just a staff member—he was the heart and soul of the experience. Not sure if he was a Manager, but this man Carries Himself like a Manager and Went ABOVE and BEYOND as a Manager should. This man is going places!! His demeanor was kind, personable, and genuinely caring. I was alone with my baby and Juggling a million things. (I was waiting for my husband to arrive from work) and Roman, without hesitation he had offered to help bring my food to the table. He came over with a bright smile, and even helped get drinks for both me and my little one. In today’s world, where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, his gesture felt like a breath of fresh air. I can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. He didn’t just provide good service—he extended hospitality in the truest sense of the word. He was attentive without being intrusive, generous without expecting anything in return, and so sincerely thoughtful that it left a lasting impression.
I left Salsarita’s not only satisfied with the food and prices but also deeply grateful for the way Roman treated us. It’s rare to encounter someone who elevates a simple meal into a memorable moment. Roman is an absolute gem, and Salsarita’s is lucky to have him. I’ll absolutely be returning!!

I had a very strange experience with one of the employees today. I ordered a burrito bowl, burrito, and quesadilla to go. I did not catch the employee’s name, but he was male, Latino, and had a thick black beard. When he began scooping the rice and beans for my entrées, I watched him very carefully and deliberately only fill the scoops halfway (if that). For the burrito and bowl, I only received half a scoop of rice. Then he moved onto the beans and gave me LESS than half a scoop. I finally asked him if I could please have a full scoop of food.
It was extremely strange. He took an unusual amount of time making sure the scoops were only half full. The next employee on the line who finished my entrées had no problem with giving me a full scoop of food.
This has never happened at a Salsaritas so maybe the employee was new? Regardless, I am absolutely shocked that an employee thought this was an acceptable amount of food to give a paying customer.

Just discovered this place.. Its awsome you can get many offerings from tacos, Burritos, bowls, salads all made to your likings picked from their fresh array of meats and garnishes, salsas and toppings
I had a carnitas Burrito piled up high with everything I like ….it was amazing he got it all wrapped uo…it was huge and super delicious
I had the combo with chips queso and a drink at 15 bucks….beats the heck out of taco bell…

I ordered steak tacos with cheese and lettuce. They barely put any on my tacos. Plus, the steak wasn’t even warm. For the price they charge, it should be hot and plenty of lettuce and cheese. Please , do better.

This was a tasteless version of Chipotle. They give plenty of rice and lettuce, but barely any protein or other sides. Their food is desperate for seasoning. Would not eat here again.

Staff is not very friendly, basically through my food together and acted like they were rushing like they had a long line…literally it was me and one other person. I had to rebuild my food myself as the guy tossed the container in the bag which turned sideways. It was a hot mess. I hate they closed the location across from West Town. I always received excellent service at that location.

The food is super fresh. It’s clean and there are options for everybody when catered. It’s simple and you can make it your own by adding whatever you enjoy most to your entree. It gets SUPER busy here during lunch so start before 12 or after 1 for the lunch rush. Very clean are with indoor and outdoor seating options.
