We had a miss hap on the order. We ordered direct off the website delivery. Got our food to find stuff missing. I called and they said I had to go through door dash and I said I didnt order on door dash. But thats who delivered it. (Finding out more websites are doing this.)
So I decided at that point just to drive down the store to get our missing items and the manager was fantastic! She gave us fresh drinks and a fresh order of corn nuggets!
I also run a business and I know what good customer service is and I greatly appreciated it! Give that girl a raise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time at Sonny’s BBQ – LOVED EVERY BITE!!!
Brisket was tender and yummy! Beans, coleslaw & cornbread muffins were wonderful. So flavorful. Ribs & chicken also great!
And the banana pudding was terrific!!!
Service was very friendly.
Booths were comfortable and you did not have to shout to have a conversation.

As Always my favorite go to spot for St Louis style dry rub ribs! Service was excellent! The entire staff was attentive to all of the guests during their busy dinner service. To top it off a lovely young lady named Destiny came around the counter and delivered our carry out order with a beautiful, friendly smile! Great job

It was amazing. Food was right and the price was very reasonable. Staff was fast and made the experience as if I was eating at a friend’s house. Of course the decor and atmosphere was perfect as well. I will be eating there again.

Had a 4 meat sample platter with green beans and fries. I have zero complaints. The service was fast and professional and the food was great. The server Sekyra made good recommendations. Definitely a place to go for some good local BBQ.

We have lived in Warner Robins for over 5 years and never knew this places existed until WR Burger week. We were treated like royalty when we walked in to the restaurant and even knew some folks.
The burger was off the hook delicious. I don’t believe it is a regular menu item, but I am willing to bet all of their food is fantastic. We will definitely be going back!

Today was the third time I have ordered curbside service. Never again. For one when you do an online order, you have to put in a pickup time, even if you are on time it still comes out 10 minutes or more than the stated pickup time. Secondly, they never get the order correct. They always leave an item out or get the item ordered incorrect. Same as the drive thru, never leave this restaurant until you have checked your order. I called each time, and was told they would immediately make it for me to pickup. Unfortunately I live about 25-30 minutes away and cannot immediately go back to pick it up. I call immediately as soon as I get home and unpack the order, and call the restaurant to report this, the person on the phone just states there is not they can do but will put it on the books and next time when ordering from them to let the server know and they will replace it. This restaurant needs to train their staff to always check a customer’s order. Their food is always good and hot, but their service leaves something to be desired. I have learned my lesson the hard way.
