Overall, the customer service was great and so was my waitress, even though she was a little loud lol. The seating and lighting was nice and the water tasted very refreshing. Overall, I rated it a three because the food wasn’t worth the cost. I feel that for the same price it would have tasted lovely elsewhere.
The martini was beautiful and tasted great, but that was the highlight of the meal. I ordered the blackened mahi mahi and it was dry, cold, and extremely over-spiced. I could not eat the fish on its own — it was that bad.
Because I eat gluten-free, my side options were very limited. The only palatable option was mashed potatoes, which I ordered with lobster in an attempt to save the dish. I ended up cutting the fish up and mixing it into the potatoes just to make it tolerable.
My boyfriend ordered mashed potatoes plain, but they were sent out with chives and had to be returned.
Service issues added to the frustration. Our waitress spilled my boyfriend’s Dr. Pepper on the bench, and no one came back to clean it up. I had to grab extra napkins myself to wipe down the bench so it wouldn’t get on my white dress, and the soda was left puddled on the floor — which I had to step in every time I got up from the table.
For a restaurant of this caliber, especially on a holiday and at these prices, the food quality and attention to detail were far below expectations. It was a disappointing experience for what should have been a special Christmas meal.
All in all this was one of the best experiences I’ve had and we will be going back again soon. Thank you Jenny for the exceptional service and food recommendations.
Both fish dishes we ordered were cooked to perfection. The green salad came with the sea bass dish was excellent . The only dissatisfaction was
It took forever to get my cocktail while other customers arrived way after us got their first . The waiter dropped off the main dishes and said would bring the cocktail and it still took quite a while before it finally show up when I almost finished half of my dish. It did not even taste that good .
He never explained or apologized why it took so long when there were only few tables occupied in the entire restaurant around that non-peak hours. Our server never came check on us other than dropped off food/drink and bill .We might go back for the great food but wonder if we would order drinks again for this bad experience.
A modern steakhouse with chic vibes + stunning lakefront views
Steaks cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, flavorful
Seafood & shareables that go beyond the usual steakhouse
Cocktails + a strong wine list that match the sleek bar scene
Patio dining right by the lake — sunsets here are unbeatable
Upscale atmosphere without being too formal
This is where contemporary dining meets classic steakhouse comfort.
Perfect for date nights, celebrations, or a stylish night out in The Woodlands.
Jaedon was an outstanding server.
Tonight, when we asked what the option was, the waitress (who otherwise was very nice) seemed flummoxed. The chef told her they didn’t have anything, but could make an impossible burger. It would not have been my first choice, but whatever. We’ve never had a bad meal here, so I acquiesced.
A while later, the attached picture was brought out. I was shocked beyond speech. I asked if they at least had lettuce or onion or a tomato slice. No. They “did not have anything prepared”. If you don’t have things prepared that you tell your clients who make reservations will be prepared, why is your restaurant even open? I have never left a restaurant feeling purposefully offended and disrespected, but now I have. At least at McDonald’s I would have gotten a free toy with the kids meal, and wouldn’t have been charged $21…
