Picked up lunch. Burger was great, fries were pretty old and flavorless and I wasn’t thrilled that they didn’t fill the fries to the top. Checked the bag in case they fell out and no fries in there either.

I do not think the crew has the best teamwork or communication skills. The wait was long in the ordering stall so we opted for the drive through. The service was faster but from ordering to the pickup window, the order got mixed up with the crew and I almost paid double for some tots and a blast. The plus side was the food was good.

I ordered online and customized my son’s sandwich to have no lettuce or pickles, add bacon and ketchup, and when we got it, nothing had been changed from the standard sandwich. He still enjoyed the sandwich once we got it home and removed the lettuce and pickles, and added ketchup. I had the little buffalo bite things that look like deep fried ravioli, they were alright. The popcorn chicken was good.

So after driving from work in hour long traffic, I place a simple order 1 hamburger only stressing no cheese and a route 44 size strawberry lemonade slush around 6:00 pm. For my husband 20 minutes away.

What you expect from fast food, okay prices but this location has a staff issue. Regularly rude and slow. Spend about 40 minutes in the drive thru waiting to get an online order recently. And from my experience the covered drive in spots get ignored

Ordered food yesterday, horrible customer service! Worst experience ever. The “manager” on the floor was rude and unprofessional! When I asked her why our hot dogs look like they’ve been sitting there for centuries! She says in the nastiest tone possible “they are not old! We had to fry them! Our steam roller is out” I said, “don’t you think you should let someone know if you’re going to be cooking the food differently! This looks like a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION “ long story short stay away from 6th ave sonic. Because they’ve got a SMOKER as a manager and the cleanliness and daily functions of this establishment is sub par.

To be honest. This place has gone down hill in a bad way. I haven’t been here but twice since they opened. I remember the grand opening and people flocked to see something new to the area. Now it’s in a run down part of 6 th Ave. The drive up order windows are more than half gone or broken. The service wasn’t great and the food was under average. I was quite disappointed. I will more than likely not return. Where there is no longer customer satisfaction and care for your investment, there will always be another restaurant on it’s way out.

I placed the order throught the App and checked into stall 2 when I arrived. They said they were only taking drive through orders at that time. I explained it was an mobile app order, and they said they didn’t see one. I double checked the address and was at the correct location. I check my bank app and I was charged. The man took my order and said that he would have my order brought out. After 30 minutes, they closed and turned out all of the lights. I pressed the call button again and heard a voice say, it is stall 2 and disconnected. And I am very unhappy about how this location handled the situation. I understand the system could have messed up submitting my order, but to ignore me after I explained this issue is unacceptable. Don’t trust this location with mobile orders because they will steal your money.

Wanted the experience of the stall ordering but only drive thru was open. Fries looked and tasted very old. I asked for No tomatoes which they repeated to me and instead I received extra tomatoes! It didn’t feel like they cared much and even the presentation of the food wasn’t pleasant. First and last trip to Sonic!
