The service was so slow. Not sure why? There seemed to be enough servers. Took about 20-30 minutes just to get the non alcoholic drinks. Took even longer to get one out of two orders of food. The food was cold and the order incomplete.

Arrived with a group of people from a dance competition in town which was a larger group this afternoon in Farmington, NM. I grew up in the restaurant business (my family has been in the same business for 4 generations. I’m a retired executive chef but today we had the worst level of service.) We had to lineup to give our server our order. LAYIAH had multiple other employees assisting her. (Have not EVER had to line up in this type of setting or format to place an order like a cafeteria) which was the idea of the server….then waited 40+ minutes for food. People in our party were getting their appetizers and we hadn’t even gotten our beverages yet. Ordered appetizers that didn’t come out until our food arrived, which arrived before we even got our beverages….40+ minutes sitting in a room, now the restaurant was dead……maybe 4 tables total inside of the space. Then whilst bringing out meals the manager came into the room and started shouting at everyone in the room to sit down, literally at the top of her lungs. She was yelling at adults, teenagers and children. They would not come to the table to drop off orders. They wanted everyone to respond and get up and get orders from them, instead of the servers bringing orders to the tables. Orders were mixed up within others in our lunch group and it was an unsavory experience as a whole. Food was cold and not palatable. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well so there are made aware as well. The server we had really has no business working in the industry. I would not return to this location in the future and would recommend additional training on how to wait on larger parties. The manager was short, rude and disrespectful. Also I’ve noticed that most responses point to a feedback page from Buffalo Wild Wings website (Reach Out Button?) Yeah that link doesn’t work with the Google Maps app posted on that page that allows you to attach a store location, which is a necessary part of the form to be filed for restaurant feedback. Keep in mind you cannot proceed unless that function works correctly, so please cease and desist with the lip service to point me in that direction because it doesn’t actually work.

Worst restaurant experience ever. Lando was our server. To start with we ordered drinks. I asked what ipa beers they had on tap and was told he didn’t know and that I had to check the menu. My girlfriend ordered a drink but had to grab her ID from the car. After we got our drinks we asked about her drink. He asked for her ID and said he would be back but never brought it so we asked again. He then asks if he could see her ID a second tjme and we had to tell him he did like 15 minutes ago.. Next he brought us the bill for the drinks like we were done. We then told him he never took our food order. No appology, he just went right into asking for our order. One of my friends got the wrong sandwich because he entered the order wrong but by that point we were just glad to have food.. We never got silverware or napkins. I ordered water because I got the hotest hot wings and he said he would bring water for all of us and never did. I finally had to walk to the bar to get a glass of water. One of my friends ordered a second drink that never arrived but after 2 hours just for lunch we gave up. Of course the drink was on the bill. Before we ordered we asked for split checks and it came as one. Then the bartender had to come over and figure the check out for him. The weirdest part is there were only 4 tables being waited on that I could see. I have no clue what this guy was doing. I really felt like I was on some hidden camera show. The only highlight was that the service was so bad that we spent the entire meal laughing about it.

One star is being generous at this point. Got there at 10pm….They had Karokee tonight, not ONCE was I greeted at the table, not asked if I wanted to order anything, not asked if I wanted a damn water. Went to the bar after AN HOUR AND 15 MIN of waiting, to see if I could get a drink, after seeing multiple people go up there and come back to the room with their drinks, but was told “You need to order with your server, I could get in trouble for serving if youre not at the bar” Ma’am what server? The restaurant side where karokee wasnt being held had one table. I found the manager and she “apologized” the server came to the table after rolling her eyes and wanting to yell across the table ” do you want a drink??”……Like seriously!? I am so disgusted with how this location has turned out. I worked here when it first opened and I can’t believe this is how it turned out. I wont be spending my money at this location ever again. I will be contacting corporate and I hope this location gets closed down at some point because the experience is always awful. The manager did not do anything, she walked in “checking in”, all she had to say was they thought we were with another group and was being taken care of. *eyeroll* if the no drinks in front of us and the ignoring of waving over meant we were being taken care of, then they all need to find new jobs.

Waitress was extremely wonderful but left after 5:15pm for the day.
Other waitresses were not helpful at all so sad.
I asked the shift manager I needed a waitress but nothing so we just left. I then told the shift manager on the way out no one came to our table and told her we are leaving so then she said ok good night.

We had a table of eight. I didn’t take any photos of my meal. I ordered off the lunch special. Six bone in wings with fries and a drink. I got 10 wings with fries instead. They didn’t get my order correct but I didn’t complain to make it easier for the waiter. There were three other parties there but it didn’t seem too busy at all. The service was slow. I was never offered refills. I will not be visiting this BWW or any other establishment again.

Party of 3 we had lunch there today. Worst experience ive ever had. I ordered off the lunch menu 10 boneless wings for $13. The wings looked old and dry. I ate one and it was cold!! We asked for the manager. She didnt seem to care what was going on. Her customer service skills were not that of a manager. Very unenthusiastic. Never going back to this establishment!!

Wings were old, hard and cold! Boneless wings were old, dry and cold. They hardly had any sauce on them. I also ordered the queso as an add on for my fries and what I received was shredded cheese melted onto my fries which were completely stuck together as you can see on the photo! The only thing that was good was my soda sadly. I wish they could remake my order fresh then I’ll change my review but one star it is for now.

Where is Goron Ramsey when you need him to make an idiot sandwich?
We sat at the bar and ordered a couple of beers – which were delivered without incident. We watched the bartender clearing dirty cups/dishes and then move right into cutting up oranges with her dirty, unwashed hands. My wife commented “that is why I never get the orange slice in my beer”. We patiently waited almost 15 minutes (in a restaurant that had more staff than customers) before we had to interrupt the bartender’s personal conversation with another staff member, to get our food order placed. The staff made no effort to hide how bothered they were that we had the nerve to ask to order food.
Our food came out pretty fast and as ordered, but when we asked for a side of mayo and some silverware (yep, they didn’t even bring us utensils), we were met with an eye roll and huff. A few minutes later we received the mayo, but no utensils – so we asked AGAIN so we could start eating our food. This was all pretty annoying, but people get busy and we were still chilling. Then the bartender grabs 2 DIRTY forks, right in front of us, RINSES them in the bar sink, and hands them to us with water still on them!! Not to mention we still didn’t have napkins or knives.
At this point I was pretty pissed and got up from the bar and flagged down the manager. The bartender sees what I’m doing and tried to come over and see what I am complaining about (I guess she didnt know which of the issues she needed to come up with a denial for). The manager sat us in a different section, with a server who was amazing and really saved the rest of the night. We didnt ask for a discount and paid full price for all of our beers and our food, because we decided to just talk to the general manager the next day.
The next day my wife calls and was told “there is no general manager”. “Uh, ok, who is the store manager?” my wife asks. “Nope, no store manager either”. Although a lack of any sort of leadership would explain the monkey show, this was obviously a lie, and we easily tracked down the contact info for the general manager on Indeed. We have not reached out to him yet but intend to do so.
I don’t care if they offer me free food and beer, I will NEVER go back to this place and BWW would be wise to shut the location down before they ruin the chains’ reputation.

Twice now when trying to get food at BBW we have sat a table for 20+ minutes with no one acknowledging us. Today after 20min we got up and found our own menus. After another 10min with not even a comment “we’ll be right with you” we left. We will no longer be patronizing this establishment. Not possible to get service and actually eat a meal. The lack of care by the staff is very frustrating and rude.
