I ordered from the app. My order was incorrect. No mustard and onion on my dogs, and no ketchup included. It is clearly on my receipt. What more can I do? I can post this review, and never return.

Closes down all ice cream machines an hour before close time. If that’s the case, then close down the location an hour early because most people come for the ice cream anyways. Big lady was rude on the speaker as if she doesn’t work at an ice cream place and expects you not to want what’s on the menu. I’d understand if it were 20 min prior to close but this was an entire hour.

I don’t eat there much but the food is pretty good. I am an sonic iceaholic. I go every day for 2 bags of ice. I absolutely love their ice. The service always good. But don’t expect u will get in and out always. It takes some time on their busy days.

So we ordered sonic through doordash, which 9/10 there is no issues. Tonight’s order is a complete mess and I strongly don’t believe it’s on the dasher. The first picture is a chicken sandwich, completely sloppy and the wrapping seems like it’s been rough housed. The second photo is suppose to be plain…. A meal was missing from this order also. Based on the reviews I seen before making this review I question… are they not trying to provide great service to their customers? Are they taking steps to hire better employees?

I called to order a milkshake and when the lady answered and I told her what I wanted she hung up on me and when I called back I was hung up on numerous times. Terrible customer service and LAZY employees. This happened Thursday night 2-19-26 @ about midnight.

I got a door dash order and one item was a cheesy bacon sonic stack burger. Requested no onions, add mustard and tomato.
Somehow it ended up with double onions, way too much mustard. No hamburger, no bacon, no cheese, no tomato.
Best double check your order before you leave. No more door dash from this store for me.

If this is what you call the number 8 “LARGE POPCORN CHICKEN”..then what are bread crumbs? Never have I been more displeased with Sonic. Other entree ordered was wings, this was my SO meal, and he eats his entire meal regardless of circumstances, but was completely dissatisfied as well. I cant believe we paid $21 for the quality of the food we received. I have no complaints about my meals in the past, and the staff was kind, and we received the food quickly.
