Be Warned come in a Hazmat Suit. In the last 5 times we have visited this establishment most of the tables if not 1 are completely dirty.
1. Are Fajitas available? Keep dreaming….
2. Portion sizes: are a RIP OFF for what you pay for them.
3. Customer Service: blame it on the previous shift
4. Workforce: Normally 1 person on the line, so be ready for a line
Last night was the worst of the worst. They did not even have white or brown rice. We waited and waited, then the gut punch… white rice that was under cooked without cilantro. No carne asada either, so we made the decision to look for greener pastures. Went into the bathroom but decided not to use as it looked like no one had cleaned it in a while. As we made our way to the door passing the overflowing trash bins to another place turned back to get the two business cards of the manager and area leader. I will be sending them an email to say the least. Lost the business of a party of 7 that night. Looking back, I got so excited to see a fresh batch of fajitas being dropped right before we left, so they do exist in that location.

This chipotle is just falling apart, I’ve gave it multiple times chances and they still always ruin things , the server making the to go orders usually has a nasty attitude and to top it off the chicken is burnt , they gave me double serving of burnt chicken and they have my girl a small portion of Burnt pieces of chicken , I’m getting ready to call corporate if things aren’t changing here soon, even when I’ve gotten a replacement meal it becomes the same crap. Taco Bell cleaner and more reliable at this point

Ordered online to pick up… Got home and not only did I get spicy salsa, when I asked for mild; but I also realized there was a bug in my food. Wife got grossed out and didn’t even touch hers, and I definitely lost my appetite. Drive back to get a refund and the manager tries to tell me it’s a piece of the beans.. after showing her the wings, she proceeds to tell me they can’t do the refund anyway. Both my wife and I have tried multiple times to figure it out and now have to wait for someone to “follow up,” however long that takes. Not sure why Chipotle won’t empower their managers to process refunds, while not making it easy to contact a human or request a refund online. Frustrating evening for no reason.

The line was busy. The food service line fast. Ask for salsa sauce containers but unable to get it was packed. It was okay no complaints. But the food tastes great. Also need more attendant for cleaning table. Other than that fine with me.

Greenacres location: tried coming here again at dinner time. Once again, several ingredient bins empty or near empty. Ordered 2 simple bowls, asked for lettuce. Server had covered one bowl and I had not noticed, passed both to cashier and I again asked for lettuce as I noticed 2nd bowl without. When I asked her if 1st bowl had it, was told “yes” . Got home, and NOPE! Really, is it that hard? The employees at this location never smile, rarely greet customers and look very unhappy to be there. From now on, I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to the Wellington location or go somewhere else. Probably go elsewhere. $30.00 for 2 rice bowls to get poor service and poor quality. If it was the first time, I wouldn’t bother to review but this has happened numerous times here. Do better Chipotle!!!

worst chipotle experience i’ve ever had. i ordered a chicken quesadilla. i dont know if the guy was new or not but he did not know how to make one. he heats it up like a burrito and then put the smallest amount of chicken and the largest amount of cheese. he then proceeds to flatten it and heat up on the burrito press instead of in the oven. it tastes disgusting. the dough was chewy and raw. i threw the whole thing out.
i then proceed down the line where no one else is helping the guy and hes doing all the toppings for everyone. theres about three people standing at the register doing a whole lot of and standing there on their phones.

**BUYERS BEWARE – RUDE SERVICE** Came in for the first time today, Thursday 3/5 around 6:15pm. The check out lady was rude with no manners and had an attitude because I had a gift card rather than a credit card. I guess this was too much effort for her. Will never come back – hire people with some common sense and decency. Yuck!! I pity her coworkers that have to deal with that. If you can’t even succeed at a customer service job, good luck with the rest of your life.
PS – I ordered steak and it was chewy with too much fat. This location sucks!

I usually get a SLOW EXPERIENCE due to one person working the entire line by themselves without help so the wait line is usually way longer than normal. But Today I had NOELANI WHITE take care of making my burrito. You NEED friendly positive employees like her to greet you, made my experience more valuable. This Chipotle in Greenacres is a complete disgrace and honestly feels like a health code violation in progress. The second you walk in, the place reeks not food, not spices, but a sour, nauseating stench that immediately makes you question whether anything coming out of that kitchen is safe to eat. The restaurant was dirty, grimy, and clearly neglected, like cleaning is optional instead of mandatory.
Management makes it even worse. The general manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and confrontational, acting like customer concerns were a personal insult rather than something to address. Not to mention once confronted she begins speaking in a different language to what looks like talk badly about customers. That kind of attitude explains everything. When leadership doesn’t care, standards collapse and that’s exactly what’s happening here.
This location desperately needs a health department visit ASAP. Not eventually. Not soon. Immediately!

Just the worse chipotle ever! The service sucks! They never have the protein you want. The people do not want to be there at all and their quality of work shows for it. There portions here are absolutely terrible! They give you the smallest portions and expect you to be ok with it! And now they started charging for extra rice when it barely any to begin with! Never order your meals on the app because they will give you half portions. When you get home you’ll think someone ate half your bowl. Just a terribly run chipotle! Chipotle in general is just going down in quality but this location in specific is the worst.
