Had a mobile order for a large fry and large Oreo frappe, I waited like 5 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally tasted my order they literally made my frappe a caramel one and tried to cover it up by sprinkling Oreos on top, you can clearly see the caramel drizzle and it tastes like the caramel one, not the new Oreo one as I’ve tried it once before. It was also pretty melted. The fries were hot but not very salted at all, very disappointed.

I heard the Grimace shake was delicious. Unfortunately I wouldn’t know because the employees at this McDonalds are TOO LAZY to clean the d*** ice cream machines. I went to this location THREE days in a row and was told, “OUR ICE CREAM MACHINE DOWN”. These machines should be working all summer long!

I stop by this McDonald’s all the time and never had a problem ordering one thing until today. The guy at the counter wouldn’t speak up and then told us that no more than two things can be put on a ticket and that we would have to pay separately for the other meal. This place has never done that and we have ordered more than 2 things on several different occasions. Experience today was awful and super disappointing.

Ordered a kids meal and the nuggets aren’t fresh. I go to this McDonald’s at least every week and they are pretty good on serving hot food and speedy. But today, they failed on the nuggets. Highly disappointed!

Less than 1 star. After being ignored for 5 min the customer in front of us asked to place an order and the worker got on her cell and continued to ignore us. The owner should be ashamed of him/herself.

Had to wait a long time in drive thru. Order was wrong. Had to go inside to get it fixed and while inside . Lady came back in who had left her cell phone. An employee had took her phone out of the case and left the case behind the counter. I got my food and left.

I had time to kill, so I stopped in (3hrs). The gentleman at the front counter was excellent. He also helped me take my items to my table. He was sweet. I actually recommend this store, not something I say often about this particular company.
