My family and I came here for icecream. 2 shakes, a sundae, and a blast. The picture is of my blast. It’s sunny even for a shake, I went to speak with the employees to see if there was a mistake and was told that the machine was broken. They offered to remake it. I asked if it would make a difference (because the machine was broken) they said “a little”.

Me and my son stopped by and ordered 2 vanilla ice cream cones. It wasn’t busy, in fact it was just me in the drive thru. My payment was taken quickly and oddly waited several minutes for the cones I ordered. When I finally got my cones from the employee they were given completely melted in cups with cone on top. I told him that we wanted ice cream cones like normal not in a cup. I moved the cone around and could clearly see the ice cream was completely melted. I handed it back to the employee and asked him to throw them away. In my opinion it is common sense to not serve something that isn’t how it’s intended to be eaten. I would not recommend coming to sonic in Logan.

Every time I go to this Sonic, every meal special that displays on their screens they say they don’t have. This last time i pulled up they told me when i pushed the button that they wanted me to go use the drive-through cause they were busy. It was around noon so I get the busy thang but that’s why i stop at sonic is the park an order cause my kids think its cool. I do gotta say though, I tried the Bacon cheese burger Toaster and it was pretty dang delicious!

Been hit and miss here for years now. However, I ordered ahead on the app 4 times in the past 2 weeks to only a couple drinks each time. 3 of the 4 times I’ve waited well over 20 minutes after my 10 minute drive arriving and telling the app which stall Im parked in……….. Over half an hour for just drinks is quite wild if you ask me. Trick me 100 times shame on you, trick me 250 times shame on me… Won’t catch me here again

Used app for first time. Ordered 4 drinks. Only two were correct. After arriving home, realized the error. How hard is it to follow the order on the app and make sure you give out the correct drinks? Chopped!!

We had a fly in our food. We ordered via door dash so we’re not going to get a full refund which sucks. Not the first time something like this has happened. McDonald’s has better quality which is surprising. It was extremely obvious when we opened our food that the fly was there. Idk how someone didn’t notice this when putting it in the packaging. I know y’all are being paid minimum wage but you don’t have to take it out on us.

We ordered ahead on the app, and checked in at a stall. After an hour of waiting, we went through the drive thru to see why we hadn’t gotten our 2 ice creams and a order of tots. Apparently the ice cream machine was broken, but nobody told us that or sent the tots out or anything. It would have been nice to at least get a heads up that the ice cream wasn’t ever coming.

Broken stalls, waited without guidance; finally went through drive thru after someone came out and told us. We were disappointed and confused to find they were out of large cups…. After a long back and forth spent ordering. We asked about getting large size in a Route 44 cup and there was no flexibility.
