Sonic in Greeley is always a fun stop for our family! The service is quick, the food is fresh, and you can’t beat their drink and slush options- especially on a hot Colorado day. The carhops are always friendly, and it’s such an easy place to grab a quick bite or treat on the go.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Make sure you double check your order. This is the second time they didnt put some of the food I paid for and ordered in the bag. They also will ask you multiple times for sauces and cheese that go with your order that you paid for and again, forget to put it in the bag. Then when you get home and see some of the items aren’t there, all they will do is refund you the cost of the condiments that you paid for while you eat some dry ass food. When they should give you the same item for free the next time you eat there. Again, TERRIBLE customer service by the employees, especially the manager. Today is 11/6/2025 incase the regional manager reads this review.

They require doordashers to go inside to pick up food, even late at night. There is always mop water on the floor. This happens at both Sonic’s. Please do something about this. If you have mop water on the floor please do not expect or require us to go inside. That IS DANGEROUS. This has happened multiple times and both Sonics.

Breakfast burrito was cold and had soggy eggs and bottom of tortilla was pretty much wet, with barely any sausage and there was too much of cold onions and tomatoes with jalapeños that tasted old is gross. And what cheese was that cause it looked slimy on the eggs. I feel sick and will not go back.

Got a breakfast burrito and it was awful.
First bite raw onion nothing else.
Second bite raw onion with some stale sausage. Only able to make it half way because once I finally got to the eggs they were soaking wet in i dont even know what. Do you guys look at the food you are about to serve? Just shut it down tbh.

Lately the staff has been on point. That has not always been the case though. Hit and miss is usually the case. The morning staff seems to have it down. As younger team members come on is when things start to be an issue. For most it is their first job and having kids myself, I leave some grace for understanding and teachable moments for management.

So I usually just have an issue with the Breakfast toaster not being toasted, but now I ordered a double with no onions or mayo, got back home on the other side of town and it’s a single with mayo, but I was still charged for the double! Super pissed right now, and can’t go back as it’s on the other side of town. Do NOT go to this location. Horrible food and bad service. The place wasn’t even all that busy.

They brought our food out right away and it was cold. Definately had been sitting awhile and was so greasy the burger box fell apart from all the grease. Large fries filled only half full. Total waste of my time and money.

The service at this location was so incredibly slow and I’m not even sure why. There seemed to be plenty of staff but absolutely no one moved with much purpose. It took several minutes to take my order and when I got to the window several more minutes before the gal told me there was a problem with my order and they were remaking my order. I had only ordered 3 slashes and 2 fountain drinks. Not sure how it was messed up and taking forever to remake. She then came to the window and started to hand me 3 shakes…not my order. I sat thru someone else’s order while mine was sitting off to the side ready to go. As I was driving back to Loveland I picked up my drink from the cup holder and my thumb went thru the styrofoam and coke started pouring out all over my cup holder, my cloth seat and my lap before I could get it at an angle to stop gushing. This was one of the worst experiences at a Sonic I’ve ever had.

Rude guy on the register , got rude when i started asking question that he could not answer …. Called in for the manager , manager explained it a little better but also seemed kinda annoyed her self (dont know if it was because of me, or the employee) …zzcan we please hire better in fast food and retail … im a very polite person and cant stand how rude the fast food and retail industries have become
