Deff a wonderful bar with great people.
The vibe is relaxed but lively, the drinks are on point, and the bartenders actually remember you. Whether you’re stopping in for one drink or closing the place down, it just feels right here.

Use to go there in 70s early 80s when Harriet was the cook at night and worked at N Bellmore Schools during the day sweet lady worked very hard. Great food!! Is there still hats pined to the ceilings?

Wonderful slice of freeport history on the quiet side of the mile! We popped in for a quick tap beer and burger- ice cold stein of Spaten Octoberfest and the most delicious fresh ground burger I’ve had in a long while. So good to rediscover this great neighborhood bar.

Iconic. My mom and dad took me there my entire childhood growing up in Freeport. “Harry” the cook (Harriet) made the best burgers with crinkle cut fries and thick raw onion. I have to bring my boys back. Lot of special memories.

Local dive bar. Definitely clean though, bar service was on point and was nice. I only stopped in for one drink to see some family. From what i heard to what i saw was different. I say that because people hear what they hear and judge a place. I suggest you walk in here and sit for a beer. Really, its an easy going local dive with a clean floor and bathroom. Cheers!

Small bar, haven’t tried menu. Seats about 16 at tables, 20 at bar. Good prices for being on water. Outdoor seating as well. Cash only but ATM on premises. 5 star if took credit/debit cards. Hours aren’t posted, but told 8am to 4am (depending on business) Kitchen hours are different.

I used to go here as a kid forty years ago. Amazing memories with the scum of the earth. A true disgusting hole with all the criminals of the south shore. I only got to go because my uncle and aunt were one of them haha.
