Ridiculous! Ordered in app. Got there and checked in. Went to a stall and waited 27 minutes for 3 drinks!! This isn’t the first time we were unsatisfied. They were not busy when we got there. We even called from the stall and waited another 10 minutes!!! Never going back. Skip this place

The food here is just average but the location is key. Especially during cruise golden Knights which is the 1st Saturday of each month during the summer. Always fun to go to this event and grab an ice cream cone at sonic Burger. The staff has always been helpful in my visits and it’s been kept clean. A location is key since it’s close to a grocery store and other shops as well as banks. It’s easy to get to and plenty of parking.

We had a hamburger which the patty was burnt and yet it was cold? The cheese that was on top wasn’t even melted, and the food itself was of very bad quality. The individual that brought our food out literally threw the food in the window. After reading reviews I should have seen them sooner before coming here!!!!

I sat drive through for along time then went to window lady at window very rude told me I had to go all the way back around and I couldn’t order! She could hear me but just wasn’t answering didn’t want employees to do anything to my food so I just left!! Horrible customer service at this location!!

This specific Sonic is so bad. I go back sometimes in the hopes that the last times were 1 offs, but no. The food tastes like the fryer oil has been expired for months, and needing to be changed for longer. The slushies are pure flavoring. The ice cream tastes off, and if you get it in a shake you don’t really notice, but the plain ice cream tastes expired or sour.

When ordering we kept getting cut off as if they were in a hurry, when our order came out it was all wrong unfortunately for the few things we got we couldn’t wait to let them know. Food didn’t taste as fresh as we would’ve liked.

It appears the owner doesn’t want to raise prices but the quantity and quantity has gone down. The chilli dog and chilli tots had very little chilli on them, they said that is all they are allowed to use. Only got a few tater tots too. My lemonade was watered down. I would rather pay a little more and go away full and satisfied than get a so so meal. Prices were high enough as it is. My husband said his hamburger, onion rings and ocean water were good.

As many reviews suggest here, the Golden location lacks in professionalism and performance. They consistently open late. They consistently close early. They consistently are unable to “fry” food because their “fryers” are down. They consistently have problems and excuses as to why they cannot fulfill your order. Very nice people, but consistently disappointing.
